The difference between these generic airbrushes and a branded one is huge. And believe me, these are the most generic, low cost, low quality airbrushes available. Timbertech is NOT an airbrush manufacture; it's a company that boxes cheap airbrushes and compressors together and sells them on - anyone could do the same. The compressors tend to be OK (but they will overheat, so are not suited to long continuous sessions, so you need to let them rest. They are also loud, and the tank size is small). They are generally maintenance free and provide a good air supply for small projects. The airbrushes on the other hand are woeful. They are built cheaply, using poor materials to very pour tolerances. Sure, this (or every other airbrush like it) may seem to work well, but it's a false analogy to what a well made airbrush can do - and I've seen so many people give up or get frustrated because their £20 airbrush does not perform as expected. And given the fact you have a complete novice using subpar equipment it's easy to see why. Airbrushing is an art - you wouldn't pick up a set of watercolours and expect to produce a masterpiece on day one; but that is unfortunately what most people think they can achieve because they've bought the most basic, cheapest airbrush on Amazon. Imagine if that set of watercolours came with a stick, and not a brush - this about sums up your experience. Buy a compressor from eBay, Amazon, Wish, etc but make sure it has a tank. A compressor is like a two stroke engine - it has a compression phase and an intake phase. Without a tank there is a gap as the piston moves from compression to intake, so you get a pulse of air - out, in, out, in, out, in etc. This in turn pulses the air entering the airbrush and thus the paint leaving the tip. A tank on the hand acts a constant reservoir of air, so no matter what the piston is doing there is always a smooth air supply. Think of this as blowing up a balloon. When you blow one up by your mouth you have to stop and start, but using a pump there is constant flow. But please, please buy a decent airbrush. There is no need to buy one from a dedicated airbrush supplier, but go to a proper model/ hobby shop to get one. Sparmax, Iwata Neo and the like make sub £80 brushes. But why you ask? Well an airbrush works by atomising a mix of air and paint into a fine and controllable mist. This works due to some well proven, and complex physics - very much like the fuel injectors in a modern car engine. As you are dealing with atomised substrates, to work effectively, the tolerances and surfaces have to be manufactured to extremely high standards. And any nicks, bumps or imperfections in the various surfaces that the air/ paint mixture passes over will be magnified exponentially upon leaving the airbrush nozzle. Honestly, spending just a bit more will result in a significantly better experience.

Thanks for the tip re length of hose to the moisture trap. I live in a rainy humid place and must take the moisture issues seriously or sputter my way through a wet airbrush hell. I have a 45 litre tank that was full of air and I forgot it for a couple of months. I was shocked at the amount of water that drained out of my tank
@@Thomas-r8w9x I'm guessing there was some rust in that tank! There should be an inspection cap on it. I'd open it all up and set it outside to dry out. Back in the 60's I was a "mobile sheet metal mechanic" (Bump and paint guy) as in High School we did classes from 7:05 AM to 11:55 AM and then went to our apprenticeships. (It was supposed to be 4 hours, but my boss let us stay until 9 PM, only if we wanted. This was in Michigan and the humidity is extremely high (the GREAT LAKES). We ran a 12 foot pipe off the main compressor tank vertigo to the ceiling and then to the main shop and down to a industrial moisture trap and then pipes to all the work stations ... each station had it's own trap also. I've worked with 2 German trained spray painters in the USA and here in Australia... both guys were well trained. In the USA I was the head of the 5th Army DOD vehicle sheet metal shop and had one there. In Germany I used to deal with EFBE Airbrushes (hand built, and expensive) and to this day I have 3, all 0.15 fluid nozzles along with 2 AB Turbo's from Paasche, now in Milwaukee, Il, for tight detail work. EFBE offered me a "Gold Plated" one many years ago... which I turned down, what would you do with it? (LOL) Sparmax also sells a coiled baffle hose; store.sparmaxair.com/products/hoses?srsltid=AfmBOoriK98pHJ3vOdMAVtTyYhL-9enNODOJMSPDh6LerM8Fd74tacAc ... good luck.
i got exactly the same compressor 20 years ago … and it’s still working. but this one shall be more helpful if an air tank could be added to reduce its on and off frequency while using.
The same brand is actually selling another version with an added tank for about 30€ more. You can also just buy a similar tank for the same price and add it to the configuration afterwards.
Don’t let the UK plug put you off. You can buy an adapter for 2 Euro or simply swap the plug for an old one you have lying around the house - will take 5 minutes to change and cost you nothing.
One thing worth noting from the Amazon compressors is that they are often the same machine re-badged. They are Chinese and, from the reviews, suffer for it but generally work OK. It's pot-luck. Same with the airbrush - often just re-boxed. Look out for the kits with the most bits and you will see them elsewhere split up into smaller lots. I bought a similar, but different compressor with a tank and it works just fine. I saved £15-£20 just by buying the one with the airbrush minus some of the, often useless, extra bits. Still going strong after plenty of use.
I bought that exact Timbertech airbrush 2 months ago. And now i find this video. It works really solid. I took the one with the tank and 2 guns tho. 10/10 noobfriendlyness
People who have airbrushes all tell me to get one with an air tank - it looks like a second cylinder about the same size as the main silver housing. Costs only about €20 more but is SO MUCH QUIETER to use. Also the airflow is far more even as the pump doesn’t keep jolting into action every time you press the airbrush button.
A couple things. 1. Get a compressor with a tank. 2. Gravity fed is better than bottom feed for minatures. Bottom feed requires higher compressor PSI to essentially pull the paint through the brush whereas the gravity fed lets gravity feed the paint into the brush requiring less pressure and more detailed work.
I’ve got a master airbrush when I just started out. The 2 mil nozzle broke up the first day, the O rings got brittle a year in (even tho I didn’t airbrushed that much + I maintained good cleaning) and now it just leaks air and becomes unusable. I would recommend a better one like Harder Steenbeck Ultra or their Evolution airbrushes
I’m just starting with an airbrush and I liked this video, I have heard vallejo do not really need thinner they work well from the bottle, key be worth a try 👍
well yes thats true, but, he bought the "Game" colour paint range, not the "Air" colour range. vallejos AIR paint range does indeed not need thinning, because it is made for airbrushes
You can fix your yogurt container by drilling a small hole to insert air brush and a second vent hole on opposite edge of lid . Place some gauze cloth inside to catch paint mist . The hole will also function as a brush holder . A lot cheaper than buying one .
I have a 30 years old compressor. Still working. I always wanted a tank so one day I will buy one with tank. But what I like of your compressor is that it turns on and off automatically! Wow...I though only compressor with tank do that! Now I'm envy because I have to turn on and off mine continuosly and it's a pain.
I’ve been watching your review and I’ve noticed that it is 5 years old. Did it stand the test of time? I’m thinking of buying one, I’ve not used one before. Many thanks 🙏🏻:)
I'm getting a Badger 105 Patriot airbrush and i was looking at one of these Timbertech compressors... I'm here to see the review of the compressor itself lol
Thank you. I was thinking about buying that exact same Timbertech airbrush and compressor right now and I saw your review of it. This week I bought a cheaper kit which stopped working after like 15min and just returning it to amazon and gonna buy the same you reviewed. Hopefully it'll work just as nicely. Thank you for this great in-depth review. Danke.
Timbertech and Fengda are the same rebranded white label stuff. This compressor comes with and without tank. You have the version without. Tip for every beginner: get the version with tank. This is at most $10- $20 more expensive and it makes your life soo much better. This compressor runs hot. With a tank it will not be running all the time.
I did a bakery modern french course and they were using air compresor to decorate frozen mousse type cake and they looked amazing but myself i only bake for my village and i wonder if this will be ok to use with cocoa butter and chocolate mix plus powder color ; anyone have any advice ? With normal small airbrush didn't work and with spray gun from wagner it s ok but wanted a perfect smooth velvet decoration, thank u
Thanks, this was really helpful, like you, I've just ordered one of these budget Airbrush/ Compressor, from Amazon, I'm waiting for it to arrive. By the way, I loved your Thanos.
Ive never bought an expensive compressor. I find that having a smaller size unit with low noise isn't really needed, which is what you are paying for aith high end compressors. Id rather spend on another high quality airbrush. Purchased a Ferrex Compressor recently, made in Germany, $70AUD. Works like a dream, and came with a 5 year warranty.
Very refreshing. That was a well-done down-to-earth opinion and you have done a splendid job. I rarely watch from beginning to end, but with yours I did. The equipment is very basic, certainly not suitable for very fine or precise work. You showed us a sample of what it can do... so a fair representation of the very simple work that can be done. Good job. BTW, the word is "paint" most of the time, and not "color" (Farbe ist Farbe, aber paint ist nicht color) ;-)
Thank you so much for the review, i have been thinking about buying those two exact same products but as separate items and differently branded, now i dare to go for it, thanks!
Hi thanks for the review! Quick question about the pressure regulator. So you had to twist it hard to get it moving/turning right? I tried to turn the regulator but it's very stiff and so far I didn't want to apply to much force in fear that it would brake😬
Great video! I have just got one of these for Xmas so came on here looking for tips on using it. Just setting it up now and I can’t seem to twist the black knob to adjust the bar, it’s completely solid stiff, any ideas?
When you wana go cheap, the compressor will be hot. Get the one with fans and a tank so the compressor will stop running when the gas is full, thus reduced the heat significantly.
Voltage is same across Europe, so why would you allow the plug to be a deciding factor? In the UK if I want something with a foreign plug that uses same voltage, I just cut it off and fit a UK 3 pin plug. They are like £1.
@@WF3D If the same machine, great, but I wouldn't allow a plug to be a deciding factor between different machines. Plugs are pennies and can be fitted in 2 minutes.
@@matthewjenkins1161 for me that's an absolutely deciding factor. You can decide otherwise ofc. There are many people who are not able to just "simply" swap out the connector. I think you making an assumption from your own point of view which does not apply to at least half of the people who watch that kind of video. Most people also are just not comfortable to make something which includes mains voltage parts.
I dont get it, the manul says set the unit to 1.5 Bar but when I set it to that it barely has enough air to airbrush for like 3 seconds before it runs out of air ?
Basically all you need is: One of those flushing jar with the stand on it. A cheap 3 to 5 dollar plastic fan pointed strait at for extra cooling. Then all should be good!
i would like to see how good actual cheap sets are, aliexpress has a bunch of sets that go for about 30€ including a small compressor, and i'm pretty sure some of the stores have european stock so you can get those 30€ sets with same week delivery
Most of the sets I saw where make up sets. I am not sure if there is any limitation regarding the color for example? Someone would probably would have to try that.
@@WF3D idk, i'd love to try it but i spent all i had on a resin printer and i'm not going to make that money back for a month or so, and i have to buy more silicone and resin for dice making as soon as i make *any* money
i am not going to watch the entire video, just stumbled upon it. BUT i had the cheap timbertech airbrush set, and it was working i guess. even though i had to fix tip dry every minute or so. When the cheap airbrush set gave out when i performed a thorough cleaning session, I decided to try the Harder & Steenbeck Evolution for around $70. Received it today and O my fucking god. The difference is insane. I usualy am a cheapskate and try out cheap alternatives first since they usually do the job. But this truly is a night and day difference. Dont waste your time on a cheap airbrush gun it will ruin your first experiece with airbrushing. The compressor is fine though.
Mines is brilliant just needs the secondary black canister on bottom to give it more air before it starts kicking in again but lasted 3 years up to now
You... read the instructions? That's a novel idea. I just ordered the ABPST06. Maybe I'll give the instructions a try. I usually just wait until I'm stuck to look through them. Regardless, thanks for the video!
Hi, having watched your video I have purchased a FENGDA FD-2 airbrush compressor which is probably almost identical to the one you purchased. The manual that comes with it does not explain everything so can you tell me do these kind of compressors switch on and off quite often whilst in use? The reason I am unsure is that it does not have a tank to store air. The one it has replaced was one that stayed on all the time and was quite noisy. Thank you.
Yes they turn on once the pressure drops, usually after some seconds of spraying, as the tank is not very big. If you don't want that, you'll probably have get one with an additional tank.
I have just bought this product and it looks good. But I have noticed that the air pressure regulator is really hard to adjust. How did you do yours? I ended up getting a wrench to make it move slightly , but was worried I was damaging it.
@@notmodeling8070 Yes I did. And just to be sure, I have just read them again. The instructions say something along the lines of 'the air pressure can be adjusted by the regulator on top of the compressor' ...and that's it. There's no mention of having to release the red locking ring, and pulling the regulator upwards - which is not intuitive, especially for a beginner's airbrush which this is marketed as. It was only thanks to posting the question on this channel that I got the answer above. The regulator cap has 'PUSH - LOCK' printed in tiny letters on it - it would probably be better with 'PULL - UNLOCK' on it, as it is supplied already locked, so pushing down on it does nothing - again not intuitive? Oh and by the way, the main part of my job for the past 30 years has been writing user guides, so I make a point of reading every instruction leaflet I get immediately after opening the box. Even IKEA wardrobes 🙂
Remember and always realise the water valve even tho no water push it up hut mines came with black double brush holder the psi knob unscrew completely and it screws on there double check your box
Good day, my Friend. I would like to know if this compressor can run at a controlled low pressure (20 to 30 psi) (1,5 to 2 Bars). I'm looking for a low noise, low pressure compressor for airbrushing. Thank you for your input. I hope I'll have the pleasure to read from you soon. Happy new year 2021 and have a great day, my Friend.
welche Düse ist in der Airbrush verbaut, wenn sie geliefert wird? Ich habe sie bekommen, alle 3Düsen liegen der Verpackung bei, trotzdem ist eine Düse drin.
I bought a Point Zero kit and the compressor works only 2 days then it stop ...do you think the Point Zero compressor is good? I got in on amazon it was special offer but to cheap I guess to be good.
Hi and a big hello to Germany (my favourite holiday destination when I can go).... If you want to buy another item again from the UK it's easy just to cut off the UK plug and fit either a 2 pin our 3 pin European plug.. Probably even get them in Edeka? All compressers get hot.. They have oil in them to keep cooler.. The air is under pressure and the volume is the same so of course the temperature must increase - remember that school physics 🤔 but it's normal.. 3 hours is a lot.. You should stop for a nice break and a good German beer 🍺 Thanks for the review.... I'm thinking about getting an airbrush kit but the high quality ones are several hundred euros which is too much for me.. Hope you can do some good modelling whilst the virus craziness continues... - helps relax..
Hi - I found this so useful as a complete beginner. So much so I got an iwata airbrush and a compressor for Christmas. I got a compressor with a tank to have consistent pressure. But my question ! I have the compressor set to 20 psi and work away, but when finished I switch compressor off but I’ve still got 20 psi, so how do I get rid or release the pressure ? I’ve taken to just unscrewing the hose ?
Thanks . I did that but it took 10 mins to drain the tank, so now I just loosen the pipe connection at the airbrush . Is there a release valve perhaps ?
@@twigwonderkid that sounds pretty wrong. Mine is empty after 3 seconds. There is not that much pressure inside to maintain 10 minutes of constant pressure. There isn't a release valve AFAIK.
WF3D ok - 10 mins was a bit of an exaggeration, but it does take 2 to 3 mins to empty the tank via the airbrush at 20psi . I’ve now taken to just unscrewing and disconnecting the pipe
I have a similar compressor, and it gets really hot, the whole thing gets hot after like after 40 mins of working. Is it normal? , can I continue working, or should I stop and hold breaks ? :D Great video thank you.
I have that compressor, and it's normal, yes. Pressure=heat, and the heat dissipator is woefully undersized, so you end up with a unit getting rather hot. However, it does not reach temperatures that actually damage materials in electric compressors. It's just really warm to the touch. But it should be Easy to add a water cooling system to the compressor.
From what I heard, the company advises not to use it more than 30 minutes because of overheating issues, as you said. 3 hours sounds crazy, fortunately your compressor didnt blow up lol
Wish you could’ve bought the $50 master airbrush set, I just ordered it and it’s gonna be coming in in a few weeks but it’s my 1st airbrush I ever purchased and there aren’t really any RUclips videos about it
WF3D no worries:) imma be getting it soon and what’s better than doing a self review😂 and I might upload a video for the ppl that might be wanting it but can’t find a video about it
Hi, interesting. To be honest you get what you pay for, and yes, I started with one of these kits. Vallejo and other manufacturers of paint (AK interactive & MIG etc) make model AIR airbrush paint which is designed for airbrushing. A better quality airbrush will give better results and compressor will provide more accurate pressures.
Hmm i also own the timbertech and mine cant keep the pressure. it drops below 2 bar and i can get it to almost 0 when using the airbrush for more than a few seconds
Hi, do you know an ideal air compressor or air blower to blow an fidget spinner? What I can buy best? Thanks! ( a mini air compressor but can that blow a fidget spinner going fast?) thanks for the tip.
An economy compressor will work fine - it's a simple device. I wouldn't go below $60 for an airbrush however. (Paasche VLS, Sparmax, Badger 150 and Iwata Neo are around that price.) The cheap Asian airbrushes are usually very hard to clean (that's a huge factor), fragile and not made to proper tolerances. So even if a cheapo works okay for a while - it won't work well for long. You're way better off getting a low end "name brand" brush. If you like airbrushing you'll want more than one airbrush anyway.
So, i have a Question, i have that kit that you buy from bangood, that is an airbrush, and a small compressor that is a square. And i want a air compressor to have at my garage, something really small, just to blow some air to clean like wood dust and that type of stuff. and my question is, do you think that this air compressor will be ok to use with air brush, but at the same time with a pistol to blow some air a few times to clean some stuff, like tools and workbench
@@WF3D well, at least must be a nice upgrade for the airbrush, so if it doesn't work for the rest, and btw the size of the adapter is different right? It's like 1/8? Or something like that
Going to buy one next year, i saw in one video it's best not to clean with water as it might clog the airbrush, there's a special cleaning liquid for it, not sure how true this is.
I would recommend putting the Air compressor on the floor when using it.
The airbrush holder should be but to be selfstanding or mountable on worktable not on the compressor.
You can also make a DIY cleaning station using a plastic 2L soft drink bottle and flexible straw, fill the bottle with some water, fit the straw so that one end is underwater and the flexible end comes out the side of the bottle so the tip of the airbrush can be put into the straw and just spray to clean it out.
very helpful!!!!

(LOL)
Sparmax also sells a coiled baffle hose; store.sparmaxair.com/products/hoses?srsltid=AfmBOoriK98pHJ3vOdMAVtTyYhL-9enNODOJMSPDh6LerM8Fd74tacAc ... good luck.
i got exactly the same compressor 20 years ago … and it’s still working. but this one shall be more helpful if an air tank could be added to reduce its on and off frequency while using.
The same brand is actually selling another version with an added tank for about 30€ more.
You can also just buy a similar tank for the same price and add it to the configuration afterwards.
I bought this set in Germany too. It's my first one and arrives today... I'm super nervous but excited.
Don’t let the UK plug put you off. You can buy an adapter for 2 Euro or simply swap the plug for an old one you have lying around the house - will take 5 minutes to change and cost you nothing.
I bought one of these. Excellent value and excellent in use. Thoroughly recommend.
Cool that you like it, too!
Just purchased a cheap airbrushing set no experience at all your video has given me the courage to try it out ... Thanks !
4:20 .... "Lets get this LITTLE knife" ha ha ha ha - brilliant!!
Yeah. Crocodile Dundee would be proud of him.
I bought that exact Timbertech airbrush 2 months ago.
And now i find this video.
It works really solid.
I took the one with the tank and 2 guns tho.
10/10 noobfriendlyness
Nice! Glad that it also worked for you!
Put a lid on waste can and drill a fitted hole for tip to fit snugly in. No splash or back spray if u do it right and its no cost.
Got this airbrush after seeing your review and I a totally happy with it thank you very much for giving me the confidence to buy it.
Glad you like it!
🤣🤣🤣
I’ve got a master airbrush when I just started out. The 2 mil nozzle broke up the first day, the O rings got brittle a year in (even tho I didn’t airbrushed that much + I maintained good cleaning) and now it just leaks air and becomes unusable. I would recommend a better one like Harder Steenbeck Ultra or their Evolution airbrushes
Some great advice, especially the cleaning station & you speak very good English.
Thank you!
Great video thanks . I'm wanting to get into air brushing and model building . So this video has been very helpful for me
Just found this video. It's very informative, and your command of English is awesome.
Hey, thanks!
A very good explanation of a air brush kit. Well done.
I just printed a container. Was fun :)
Yeah pretty cool for a cheap one, I think
I’ve been watching your review and I’ve noticed that it is 5 years old. Did it stand the test of time? I’m thinking of buying one, I’ve not used one before. Many thanks 🙏🏻:)
2 days ago should i buy a cheap Air compressor with a tank & air brush combo ? this pops up today 👌🙃🦘💦
Great video, your English is very good 👍🏻
Thank you! 😃
Great video my friend! I learned a lot with your sharing. Really helpful 👌😉
Thank you!
I'm getting a Badger 105 Patriot airbrush and i was looking at one of these Timbertech compressors... I'm here to see the review of the compressor itself lol
Great video mate! Very informative. Greetings from the UK
Thank you!
Thank you for your video, I am just thinking about purchasing an air brush set and I know nothing about them as such so your video is very good to me.
Danke.
Update?
Worked on it multiple days for multiple hours. Never overheated nor caused any problems at all. Can only recommend.
I got the same material and i'm working with it with zero problems.
Thanks for the video. Enjoyed it. I've just purchased that compressor and airbrush set. Nice to know I haven't wasted my money 😊👍
Glad I could help
Timbertech and Fengda are the same rebranded white label stuff.
This compressor comes with and without tank. You have the version without. Tip for every beginner: get the version with tank. This is at most $10- $20 more expensive and it makes your life soo much better. This compressor runs hot. With a tank it will not be running all the time.
I've ordered the Fendga version although it's exactly the same. It's my first time using an airbrush. I have everything I need to get me going..
Man hört raus das du ein Deutscher bist ^^
About to buy same kit so this was very helpful thanks
Hello! Really nice video! Just one stupid question...Can i inflate the tire with that compressor (2 - 2.5 bar)?
Thank you! Glad it helped!
Need to check that out, I am from Germany too. :)
@@WF3D The compressor is made for ALDI stores in Australia, if that helps.
Thank you! 🥰
Thank you so much for the review, i have been thinking about buying those two exact same products but as separate items and differently branded, now i dare to go for it, thanks!
You're welcome hope you're enjoying it
I have watched other videos on cheap air brush tune up. A little bit of maintenance makes it work a lot better, as I did. Good informative video.
I have the Vevohome which is similar to this one its perfect, quiet AF and works well
Cool!
Hi thanks for the review!
Quick question about the pressure regulator. So you had to twist it hard to get it moving/turning right?
I tried to turn the regulator but it's very stiff and so far I didn't want to apply to much force in fear that it would brake😬
Great Video Brother!
Great video! I have just got one of these for Xmas so came on here looking for tips on using it. Just setting it up now and I can’t seem to twist the black knob to adjust the bar, it’s completely solid stiff, any ideas?
The knob has lock mechanism u need to either push or pull before twisting
@@WF3D awesome just done it! Thanks bro!! The manual that comes with it doesn’t have much information in, hence why I watched your video instead 😉
@@yellowbeargiftshop glad i could help :)
painbts to think for that .2mm nozzel I had the same issue more thin
Denatured alcohol works very well you can cover the the unit to keep it from evaporating with plastic rap
I heard that alcohol can be bad for your rubber seals which are inside the airbrush. So at the moment I was cleaning it with water an airbrush cleaner
When you wana go cheap, the compressor will be hot. Get the one with fans and a tank so the compressor will stop running when the gas is full, thus reduced the heat significantly.
Yeah, I just wanted to mention that. But so far it just got hot but nothing problematic even during longer sessions.
Awesome video, helped me decide what to buy!
Glad it helped!
Voltage is same across Europe, so why would you allow the plug to be a deciding factor?
In the UK if I want something with a foreign plug that uses same voltage, I just cut it off and fit a UK 3 pin plug.
They are like £1.
Why bother cutting of the plug and attaching a new one? 👀 When you can buy the right one straight ahead
Most people also are just not comfortable to make something which includes mains voltage parts.
how do you use the moisture capture thing? nothing in the manual
I do not really "use it", its just there and it works? :D
I dont get it, the manul says set the unit to 1.5 Bar but when I set it to that it barely has enough air to airbrush for like 3 seconds before it runs out of air ?
Basically all you need is:
One of those flushing jar with the stand on it.
A cheap 3 to 5 dollar plastic fan pointed strait at for extra cooling.
Then all should be good!
excellent Thanks So much for the information.. VERY helpful as a new 'airbrusher'.. i had questions you answered for-sure.
Thank you for this video , it really helped and now i know how it works, where to buy it and thats it reliable.Thankyou again
Glad hope you enjoy it. It didn't let me down so far.
i would like to see how good actual cheap sets are, aliexpress has a bunch of sets that go for about 30€ including a small compressor, and i'm pretty sure some of the stores have european stock so you can get those 30€ sets with same week delivery
Thanks for your input. I might be upgrading in the future too but at the moment I am very happy with the kit
Mines is brilliant just needs the secondary black canister on bottom to give it more air before it starts kicking in again but lasted 3 years up to now
If u compared the sound of the compressor to an another appliances what would it be? I’m planning to buy this compressor but the sound might be loud
probably comparable to a coffee machine :D
How many the psi output max?
Denkst du wird das auch für Schuhe gut sein wenn ich die richtige Farbe nutze ?
Is that a 2 stage trigger... On the air gun
You... read the instructions?
@@WF3D Thank you for your help, much appreciated. Take care.
When buying an airbrush kit, you should pay attention to quality. It is best to buy branded goods.
Is this compressor suitable for a paint gun to paint walls in the house?
No
I have just bought this product and it looks good. But I have noticed that the air pressure regulator is really hard to adjust. How did you do yours? I ended up getting a wrench to make it move slightly , but was worried I was damaging it.
Mine was working properly from the start.
Pull the regulator upwards after releasing the red locking ring then twist.
Did,you,read,the instructions
That air brush thinner. Whats the brand. Can use for enamel n lacquer
I use Vallejo thinner I dont know if you can use it fot that stuff, sorry
Also you may find getting yourself an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner for your air brush. I use denatured
welche Düse ist in der Airbrush verbaut, wenn sie geliefert wird? Ich habe sie bekommen, alle 3Düsen liegen der Verpackung bei, trotzdem ist eine Düse drin.
For the smaller amount more you could have got the airgoo one with a tank and 2 cooling fans for £85 then a cheap brush
How long does the compressor last? On
I bought a Point Zero kit and the compressor works only 2 days then it stop ...do you think the Point Zero compressor is good? I got in on amazon it was special offer but to cheap I guess to be good.
What kind of compressor is it? Is it similar to this one?
2 days later it quit workin?? Amazon? U shud have jus retuned it....often amazon tells u to keep the item and still refund u....2 days later?? Amazon?
Hi and a big hello to Germany (my favourite holiday destination when I can go)....
If you want to buy another item again from the UK it's easy just to cut off the UK plug and fit either a 2 pin our 3 pin European plug.. Probably even get them in Edeka?
All compressers get hot.. They have oil in them to keep cooler.. The air is under pressure and the volume is the same so of course the temperature must increase - remember that school physics 🤔 but it's normal.. 3 hours is a lot.. You should stop for a nice break and a good German beer 🍺
Thanks for the review....
Hey just pull the trigger of you airbrush then you'll release the pressure
I’ve now taken to just unscrewing and disconnecting the pipe
twigwonderkid l
I have a similar compressor, and it gets really hot, the whole thing gets hot after like after 40 mins of working.
Is it normal? , can I continue working, or should I stop and hold breaks ? :D
Great video thank you.
Never read that anywhere. Did a lot of longer stay sessions now. Never had a problem
is there an air tank inside ? Or I have to turn on the power if I need to use.
You always have to turn on power to use it

Thank you for your kind words! Have fun airbrushing!
Wish you could’ve bought the $50 master airbrush set, I just ordered it and it’s gonna be coming in in a few weeks but it’s my 1st airbrush I ever purchased and there aren’t really any RUclips videos about it
Sorry 🙏
WF3D no worries:) imma be getting it soon and what’s better than doing a self review😂 and I might upload a video for the ppl that might be wanting it but can’t find a video about it
Your English is excellent, pipette even !
Thanks! :)
Do you happen to know what the power requirements are on that compressor? 100-240v or is it 220v only?
This one was 220 there was no option to switch
The North American version comes with the standard US / Canada plug, and is 110-120 V.
Good video review. Very helpful. Thanks.
Thank you, too!
Sorry, no :( i think you need something stronger than this one!
Yeah I think you can clean smaller stuff with it. But for a lot of dirt or sawdust I think it's not strong enough
Is this commpressor can I use in paint for motor bike body
I would not recommend using that for a full paint job
