2009 Rochelle Railroad Days - UP Heritage Units

At the 2009 Rochelle Railroad Days on June 5-7, Union Pacific graciously provided 4 Heritage Units for display. The units you will see in this video are the UP- 1982 (Missouri Pacific), UP-1983 (Western Pacific), UP- 1995 (Chicago and Northwestern) and UP- 1996 (Southern Pacific).

It took CSX Q090/Q091 which is the Union Pacific Produce Express for New York. 1995 ended up leading Q091 back. 1996 is currently in Chicago ( I believe Proviso. ) and 1983 is leading due for Chicago on the KLAG1-28

Well I hope they send UP 1995 my way again so this time I can actually get it! They ran it on the CSX Lakeshore Subdivision along Lake Erie in PA here.. Which is 3 1/2 hours from Pittsburgh, PA. :-/
