In no way shame or form am I blaming the second victim, he wanted to continue to kill and he would have found another way if it wasn’t the second woman he found walking, but ladies avoid getting into strangers cars at all costs. As someone that used to walk in the past & take public transportation for work in the city when I was much younger, I had multiple incidents where men stopped and asked if I needed a ride. I’d never agree to this, no amount of attractiveness or charm should make you think it’s okay to get into a strangers car.
