They are really comfortable to use not having to bend over so much. A friend of mine used to make them years ago and gave me a couple of his old ones. I just freshened up the paint and started using them. They work really well. Im trying to convince him to start making more 🤘

Great info on the crowds!! Cathy and I use braid for bait and wait all the time!! We like that the diameter is generally smaller gives more line capacity, and stronger for the same pound as mono or flor! Braid has no memory, you can get different colors which is easier to see for us old folks to see!! we run floro leaders on all the braid and we just have more confidence in the braid!! Thanks for all the work you put into your videos!!

That’s why I like the Fin&Feather. If you do get asked to vacate a dock you can usually find another one in 2 minutes. Plus you can get a $500 boat with an electric motor and avoid the shore all together if you want. Very good advice for bank fishing as always Rob. Leave the drama at home….Just fish…

How do you deal with foreigners who act like they don’t speak English, who cast over you or in the exact spot as your line is coming in? But I bet it makes it easier for you when you have cameras going and everyone is wearing your gear. Looks like you guys had a lot of space around you.
If you've nearly been in two fights, it seems like you should work on helping yourself more. They shouldn't provoke you into a fight, and for you to simply walk away.
Im pretty lucky as Im able to do most of my fishing mid week and am able to avoid weekends and the crowds quite a bit. That said I have gotten into my share of verbal alterations every now and then. If I end up at a busy lake I really try to talk to whoever is next to me and build a rapport so if we have a disagreement later it may be easily resolved. But sometimes that’s easier said than done and sometimes people can be complete Aholes and don’t care about anything but themselves. In those cases I tell them exactly what I think and why I believe they are in the wrong. This usually works as I will only yell at someone if their behavior is out of control. If it doesn’t work and looks like the situation is gonna get physical Ill just move to another spot. To me its not worth a fist fight. Its just fishing at the end of the day 🤘
The ones I have were given to me by a friend who doesn’t make them anymore. I have a line on someone who will be selling some similar very soon. As soon as they are ready Ill put the info out on the channel on how to get one if you’re interested 🤘

Just a bad habit. Im self taught and learned as a kid. Ive tried to correct it but it just sticks haha

Definitely the reel. You can find inexpensive rods that have a similar feel as the more expensive rods
