I think that by the lack of any technology, subtle analogies were rather difficult to express by the philosophers. How of would represent "virtual reality" or "Simulation"? The cave in general is the analogy for the interior of the body, or the mind. In some cases the hollow oak. Plat, and the rite of Mithas cave may have arrived to the same conclusions as the Adwaita Vedanta Gurus. That elements in the interior of the cave, inclusing the soul vessels, are contained in the darjk recesses of the cave of our body. And the only impressions we ever had are provided by our own internal senses (the shadows projected inside the cave) having no direct experience with reality. So we are immediately living a virtual reality, not being the body or mind, But a user of this vehicle. So the cave is an emulation of the Reality, a representation of the universe. with its elements and constellations. Thats the ultimate truth, and the answer to the major philosophical Question: Nosce Te Ipsum!
@@Ratnoseterry Yes, I found their documentaries after researching my dream of the purple dawn. I had this experience of retrocognition in 2015. I saw glowing symbols manifested in the sky, the impossible alignment of 3 planets in the sky, making us the forth, it seemed we were the moon of a gas giant. I also noted that they were no stars, just a deep purple sky. I have a playlisted dedicated to this truth, it's called the purple dawn. The amount of research that Immanuel Velikovsky , Wal Thronhill, and David Talbot did to reconstruct the golden age as accurately as they did astonishes me. I'm blessed to have received information that transcends my ordinary sense experience.
