This is so helpful, I'm trying to suck in my belly all the time and this posture change does help! Do you have any more tips for me? I have a normal figure but a huge belly when I let it hang out...been doing this since I was a kid and it causes me lots of problems now...
That can certainly be tough on your feet. I'd still recommed zero drop, foot shaped shoes but I'd choose styles with cushion and/or use a cushioned insole.
