Injustice was an Injustice on the source material. Um yeah this movie wasn't all that. The Story mainly focuses on the DC characters of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. But sadly cuts out a lot of great characters to make the story work in 78 mins.

And then Lois just comes in and repeats everything the main characters just said. It’s such a weak plot device. Just uh Annoying
Problem I had with injustice movie is the fact it forgot it was injustice.
Sucks when adaptions do that. And you know… forget the source material
6:14 let's also not forget an important dilemma, superman could not talk to anyone else cause no one else could move and think that fast other than Barry. Time was a crucial element of that talk
Injustice would have worked as a series.
It would of hands down been an amazing series to adapt. Literally imagine netflix doing a proper adaption of this. Would of been sick.

That’s quite an insights on the voice casting; Kevin Conroy and George Newbern are veterans of DC animation, and their presence in the game helped establish Bruce and Clark as former friends turned bitter rivals quite well.
I’m very happy that someone commented on this, It’s something so small that the game does that really does just help bridge that gap.
Why Batman is not the “bad guy” in any of these kinds of stories is beyond me. He talks so much about crossing that line and yet somehow he’s always the level headed guy.
It's so stupid. Batman feels so morally better than everyone cause he doesn't kill.
DC Metal is a thing you know where we were given an entire dark multiverse of Batmen crossing that line and the end product of him becoming worse monsters than anything he or the rest of the justice league ever faced against.
Another problem we didn’t get to see Alfred rescue Bruce from Supes.

I could have gotten over it's faults if it had stayed more faithful to the comics. My main complaint is of course flash's death.
I think this is literally the position of most people who decided to turn this movie on. It didn’t have to be bang on like the comic. But holy hell that flash scene was dam right disrespectful

@@Rednova08 Exactly! Literally just phase barry. Its literally your thing. A simple thing like that made the death one of the dumbest in comic book film history. A slow moving saw killed the fastest man alive.
@@DareToEntertain precisely. I mean it's just so stupid, I couldn't even focus in the rest of the movie because I spent too much time thinking that he somehow wasn't dead. My second complaint would have to be green arrows death, it completely removed the importance of it. Over in a second.

The movie is a horrible adaptation of the source material. BUT it’s one of those ‘it’s so bad it’s entertaining’ feel to it. It’s unintentionally comedic..or maybe intentionally. But it’s meme worthy for sure.
The look on Superman’s face at the joker party was hilarious. The deaths were hilarious. The movie was just a big joke. I’m mad and disappointed, but I’m laughing at the same time.

I don't think anyone can be harsh to justice league dark war, that movie was shit. I mean it had a good concept, but it skipped and sped run any and all setup.

Green Arrow's death has soooo much less meaning in this movie, but the superman super move from injustice 2 being in the movie did make me chuckle
I'm replacing my old comment with an update on DC's absolute insanity: after they did the same thing to Injustice, they might be condensing Crisis on Infinite Earths into a single 70 minute+ movie too. Which if they don't split it into a two parter by release next year they are absolutely batshit insane and probably on some hard ass drugs to think that idea's gonna work out.
What I'm saying is, this movie really needed to be a two parter to work. Or maybe even a series of movies. Just something longer.
Also I feel like them making Shazam leave the story was Matt Peters remembering some of the backlash from Shitopolips Dump [AW] regarding some of the character deaths and likely just wanting those characters out of the movie without issue. Though I'd have rathered the characters not even be in the movie at all than to either just be killed off or just nope out with no further elaboration.

Not sure which is worse this or that abomination Dark Apocalypse War film where all the DC characters get killed off some with still shots. Probably this because it was based on pre-existing material. I've always hated these films especially because they made Damian Robin skipping Tim because DC hates Tim Drake.
One of my most popular videos was how much I hated apocalypse war. I hated that movie with a deep anger I didn’t know I had within me.

What I think stupid about this movie was the attempt to show batman is always right, his belief that if you kill a bad guy you will become a totalitarian killing machine. Superman did the right thing killing the joker, because he always escapes prison and it would be the biggest sh*t if he was only arrested right after explode a nuclear bomb in the city. The way they killed the Flash was stupid, superman being tricked by the joker was stupid, the way rama kushna called nightwing was stupid, batman hacking cyborg, really? I know batman is a smartass but I don't buy that so.. stupid. Green arrow bringing harley quinn to every place was stupid etc

damn i didn't know that the movie was short tho. when NetherRealm created that game in 2013 & then the comic expanded on it that same year. so, they had two games and a trilogy of comics to pull from and didn't bother to used any of it? that's what it sounds like ur saying here. if that's true then i fully understand where ur coming from & i honestly would've rather just want an original story then. thanks for sharing ur perspective bcuz i originally didn't understand why ppl was hating on it until u given me context on why it u didn't like it. i'm still going to buy it on blu ray the only things that i hate about this movie is the art style and design and also the voice actors that's in this movie Justin Hartley (superman) Anson Mount (Batman) doesn't come close to the Proformance of the voice actors that's from the games Kevin Conroy (batman) & George Newbern (superman) shame that none of the voice actors and actresses from the games reprise their roles. i only seen parts in clips that i seen that i liked alot but i didn't know about the movie length was short and how everything half baked. lol its hard to be a DC fan when they take anything that u like or whatever that's popular and just run it into the ground that seem to be their new M.o. these days.
tbf Alfred wasn't even in injustice 1 game that the comics are based on that was just elements that was made only for the comics to pad out the story. but i get it its depth that made u feel connected i get it but still.
Here's the thing, the animation, is fucking incredible! I love how stylized it is! But everything was just so bad! The story was way too condensed, they killed the wrong characters, Hell, they didn't even get the COSTUMES right! 90% of these designs are for the Earth-1 characters, the guys from the first game!

Injustice's storyline is a thing that COULD work and be interesting but DC seems utterly incapable of actually making it work right themselves.
i'm sorry but the movie was better than the comic in a lot of aspect especially that room.
The magic user WOULD stay out of this their duty is to deal with the supernatural and shazam WOULD not stand with superman, this is nothing new in the comic too.
Green Lantern also would not stand with superman and even less turn yellow that against his core character and he would have been discharged from the corp if he did so unlike in the comic where he still got away with it. The entire Yellow vs Green war just to basically glaze superman was stupid dawg ima keep it a buck with you. If anything Hal and Barry would both be neutral or work with batman on this one.
Injustice is already bad but at least in the movie they understood that most of the big tier and major league hero would debalance the story.
