🔥 Burning sage or incense - make sure to walk through the space and waft smoke into corners and along walls, around windows, and in the center of the room. Intend to permeate every bit of the space while smudging.
💧 Diffuse essential oils or make a spray to disperse in the air: Choose from rose, frankincense, lemongrass, cypress, oregano, tea tree, bergamot, lavender, lime, lemon, sage or other singles or blends you find uplifting
🔮 Crystals: black tourmaline, obsidian, hematite, selenite, clear or Lemurian quartz
Add healthy living plants to the space
🙌🏼 Reiki or energy work - draw and/or visualize sacred symbols on walls, ceiling, floor, and center of the room.
🔔 Sound - play singing bowls, chimes, bells, or music containing these instruments. Consider reciting statements, affirmations, chanting symbol names or mantras, and/or prayers out loud.
👼🏼 Call upon spiritual allies you feel are appropriate or you are close with to fill and cleanse the space. These can include angels, ascended masters, etc.
