Hello Mal, this is a very nice trip to Porthmadog. I knew this railway line from the series Eisenbahnromantik, with the great Garrat and other narrow gauge locomotives. Hello Wolfgang, many thank's my friend, yes the Ffestiniog railway is so beautiful as it weaves through the slate mountains, the train is only inches from the rock walls in places so best not to hang your head out too far lol, take care...Mal
Hi Mal, a great insight to this nice railway! Lot´s of gems - one I found very exciting was the angle from the back of the train and seeing the long curve leaving Porthmadogh. Hmmm - but I wonder if those people in the far west don´t know who UK´s top cabinator is...
