+Antthecool1 the bell is continuously rung to warn any persons nearby that the train is about to be (or already is) in motion. The ditch lights (the lower two headlights) flash if so equipped (flashing lights are recommended but not required under federal law, most passenger RRs feature them) to provide a visual warning. These lights are automatically flashed if the horn is blown (which also activates the bell automatically), or if the engineer chooses to flash them by way of a switch.

If you read the description, only tracks A, 1 and 2 were operational because of work going on at DOCK.
Hi there from the UK, was wondering why do trains in the US ring their bell and flash there lights when entering/leaving a station?
