I would go with the SONY because it has Android Auto, a nice and cleaner user interface and great sound quality. Kenwood DDX7019 doesn’t have Android Auto.
@@ksanirudh7974 you don't have to do any settings, does the phone start charging when you plug it in ? If it does there are two ways to check or troubleshoot : 1. Go to your iPhone Settings > General > CarPlay - here check the list and see if you can find your car receiver name (eg. XAV-AX100) if it’s not there then that means the phone was never connected to the receiver. 2. Make sure your car receiver supports Apple CarPlay, check the model number, there are two ways to check : A. by removing the receiver and check the back side or B. factory reset the receiver and try to connect your phone through bluetooth - usually they have the model number as a bluetooth name. Maybe you have the model XAV-V10BT which doesn't supports the CarPlay.

Hi, when you connect the iPhone through USB the icon will show up in the main menu.
