    Ingredients for "Butter Chicken"
    Serving: 4-5
    =========
    🔴 FOR MARINATION
    → Chicken - 1 kg (with bone)
    → Ginger garlic (Adrak Lahsan) paste - 2 TBS
    → Yoghurt (Dahi) - 2/3rd cup (180 ml)
    → Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) powder - 1&1/2 TSP
    → Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 TSP
    → Salt - 1 TSP
    🔴 FOR CHICKEN FRY
    → Oil - 1 TBS
    → Butter - 1 TBS
    🔴 FOR GRAVY
    → Oil - 1/2 cup
    → Butter - 3 TBS
    → Onion(Pyaz) - 2 medium roughly chopped
    → Tomato - 4 medium roughly chopped
    → Ginger garlic (Adrak lahsan) paste - 1 TBS
    → Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) powder - 1 TSP
    → Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 TSP
    → Cashew nut (Kaaju) - 12 pc
    → Tomato ketchup - 1 TBS
    → Fresh cream (heaped full) - 5 TBS (100 gm)
    → Dry Fenugreek leaves (Kasoori methi) - 1 TBS
    → Garam Masala powder - 1 TSP
    → Salt - 1 TSP
    🔴 Charcoal - 1 piece (Must)
