    Dr Brian......my chronic areas in my back line anatomy......... appears to run from the back of my right shou;lder.........then to my right quadratus lumborum hip area........ then to the frontal right quads area...more specifically in the rectus femoris midline..........and I am now using............. a daily standing leg back therapy to release my chronic hip flexors.

    Who treats with Fascial planes in mind? Chiro, Ortho, Kinesiologist

      Practitioners from numerous professions do. Its more a matter if they have taken courses with Anatomy Trains, The Steccos, or other fascial research programs. Best Regards

      Really anyone trained in Fascial Manipulation or who is versed in Fascial Research. It could be Chiropractic, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, RMT, or individuals trained in Chinese Medicine. Cheers!

      I have practiced a tuina-qigong bodywork style for over 20 years. A friend showed me her Anatomy Trains book to get my opinion. I was happy to see what I’ve been “tuned into” through my qigong theories mapped out in a book.
      Therefore, to answer your question, one need not use the information on the thought-level alone. One can feel the train tone intuitively in a functional focus. I focus on tendon integrity more than muscular while reducing the range of motion restrictions that produce pain.
