    Many kudos to you. Been shooting for 1 year. Been moving my targets further out. You inspired me to try to max out. Just shot 2800 yards out in Syracuse, KS with a stock RPR 6.5 Creedmoor and factory loaded Berger 153.5 gr LRHT ammo. 57.5 mrad elevation. Thanks for showing me this was possible. Will be donating to your channel.

    You two are really great, I really like seeing people enjoying their life together and doing something challenging. I will never begin to approach what you two have accomplished, but it's great to see how it's done and learn how it's done, so thanks immensely. My own goal is a mere 1000 yards, which is only beginner stuff, but if I can hit a 24"x24" target one out of ten times at that range I will at least satisfy myself. God bless and keep up the great work and hello from us here in New Mexico.

Not only do they shoot a long distance, but are so accurate. Shooting mine tomorrow at 1000, will be thinking of you.

  • @stukas07
    @stukas07 4 года назад

    I love your videos. Ones like this have me laughing when you say things like, "70 mil". I laugh because it's beyond, Wow! for me. I'm surprised you don't load your own ammunition, or have custom dials for your scope that correspond with the specifications of your ammunition with that scope---Leupold makes these. I don't either because I believe manufactured rounds are more constant and reliable than self-loaders would like to admit, but I'm also not trying to shoot 1.7 miles.
    I shot expert, near perfect on the ranges in the Army and possess no where near the skill level needed to do this.
    Spotting is more challenging than shooting for me, so great job Sam.
    I bought a 6.5 creedmoor 2-3 years back and am hoping to hit a mile one day. Thanks for your videos.

    • @markandsamafterwork
      @markandsamafterwork  4 года назад +1

      Hi Kevin, glad you liked the video, and well, I do hand load, and this ammo is way more accurate the any factory. As for the likes of custom dials, they are not suited to this sort of shooting, more a hunting thing.
      If you get the chance to see some of the many info videos we do, that will start to make some more sense. As for yours that should work well out to a mile, have fun, Cheers and all the best.

      @@markandsamafterwork yeah im with you on that. From one tech to another. What i find truly impressive is with all the different reloading videos and vids on youtube, very few actually really "test" their expensive long range bullets at distance to really see if they are stabilized and balanced at long range. My experience has taught me that a small target roughly moa or sub, you really never see what they are truly doing. Large targets hide very well what they are doing. So good on you guys. Keep it up. It helps many who intend to get into this wonderful hobby to select the right projectile and right gear. Oh and why i asked about scenars is because litz and his team are there now so i am curious. Loving these 6.5 CM videos. Aside from your mad skills, I’m about to begin shooting a 6.5 CM gas gun, and your experience is welcome. Depending on how it works out, I may build a bolt gun also.
    As a side note, I think I accidentally hit the Dislike button. Sorry about that.
    Edited to add that when I hit the Like button, it appears to have negated the Dislike.
