The towel trick is so good. Noone else ever taught that. Because i can't do splits as of now i found it extremely difficult to directly to the final stretch on the map. The sliding towel trick is amazing. Thank you so much for teaching that.
Super experience, never thought about doing splits b4. But as always with you was my first try. And it was successful.... I was just 4inch away from full split.🎉🎉Will do it every alternate day now. I did your yin yoga after this video as there is no final relaxation after splits.

Hi guys, I have tried some other sessions for front split but this is the most effective routine. Believe in me, I do this 1 time and can get super close to the ground while I did other programs for a week and still could not touch the ground.
Chakki chalasana reminded me that previous generations used to do yoga as a part of daily life for getting wheat flour. In general also farming or other physical labor work communities do yoga as part of their work. Modern type of work involving computers and less physical work has made the present form of yoga as an exercise mandatory for everyone who wants to lead a healthy life. Your videos are really helpful. Keep up the good work.

Hi Preeteeji I'm 70, and would love to be able to do splits again. Love your video, however, I only have carpet in my home, so unable to do the forward slide with the towel. Is there a modification please. I do attend a yoga class twice weekly. Thank you😊

Omg! This was I was thinking when I was doing it. Preeti’s voice is so motivating and I’m so used to it since I am doing surya namaskar everyday with her other video. I hope she’ll make a video regarding this
would you recommend using blocks under your hips to help get yourself lower and lower each time? as for me it’s super hard to stay in the pose at the end and i think a block would help me stay in it longer
Can you not fast forwards the asanas? I have a habit of following along with you so it’s difficult breaking my pose and trying to pause the video everytime you change your asana

Today I tried the Tittibasana tutorial and eventhough I couldnt do the complete posture I did try all the asanas u made us perform in the video... I love the way how u give importance to the breath and relaxation at then end... Plzz do keep uploading new videos 🥰
The tummy gets stuck and/so back bone gets curve every time when doing forward bend kind of initiations .😅 Can you please make something for people like us? A humble request 🙏
