What the 3rd person ate is seriously not for weight loss. I see tons of sugars junk food and carbs. She obviously has high metabolism or she exercise alot being slim.
It's literally only 1546 calories so easily in a deficit. You can eat carbs and still lose weight
weight loss is just about the calorie deficit.
