Only 2 things: Photoshop (graphics) and Blender (3D software for the animation. _Fun autistic fact:_ The whole intro used nothing but 2D planes. The "particles" used only one graphic, stacked & rotated. How I made the glow effect on the logo is I literally used 3 or 4 separate graphics and using transparency to fade in each one. Rendering took me a few minutes.

@@ashtonross8910 It's because you have to extract the Twisted Metal Harbor City PCSX2.7z somewhere, then go there and run the TMHC.bat, you can't run the actual game itself on another emulator, the hack the guys made for the build to be able to run at all, doesn't let you do that.
This and og Rayman rabbids game are two cancelled game. That thank to fans is nearly finish
