What I'm seeing in this video is that the active leg is white, and subsequent track legs are green. I've just been following a checklist from JayDee which suggests that to follow a GPS flight plan there is an intermediate step of NAV then STR, and only then selecting TRK. When I do this I see the active leg turn into a black and green dashed line!? I have no idea what this means... Either way, regardless of the colour, TRK resolutely refuses to follow the planned track. I'm in NAV MODE. Suggestions from anyone welcome!
@@jacob1423The DC Designs aircraft and everything under that umbrella are designed for the casual Xbox crowd and they don’t deny it. That’s fine but some of us want something more so we are looking forward to a better Typhoon and F16.
I don't think my AP in my copy is working. I am following your instructions as close as I can. The first hurdle is when I switch on the AP button then try to do what you did by using the cursor arrows, up and down to change the desired altitude. Nothing happens. I guess there is a conflicting addon in my Community folder so I am slowly deleting stuff to find out if I am right and which one it is.
Same problem, here only downloaded it yesterday and was just having fun with it but now trying to figure out some of the systems, inc autopilot but cant increase or decrease altitude or speed. Wondering if its a conflict with my AP controls on my throttle quadrant out of curiosity the other folk who have reported the same issue, do hey have AP controls assigned to another device?
I've only watched the first 5 minutes, but I'm already impressed with your video, but also a little frustrated that even when copying your actions literally step-by-step my own Typhoon (Aerosoft sourced) will not detect or hold the blessed track line. It just slowly banks off to the left (sometimes the right). I can see my route. I can set a desired speed and altitude, and that all works. Even the Supercruise command delivers a roar of power, but simply holding the sim created route seems impossible.
Still a shit jet constant black screens constant frame rate issues with it it’s a shame as it’s nicely done model it just runs terrible on I got a refund.
hey does you’re crew visibility button still work on this aircraft? I can’t seem to get my pilot to go away after my flight is complete… i’d love an answer cause it’s driving me a little mad
Great video mate! I used your older video at first to get the hang of it then saw this one. I have my navigation and AP down now.
You the man. Just bought a new pc. Can’t wait to be back in the air
mine just will not follow the flightplan at all, keeps just turning left and crashing

I've seen somewhere that IndiaFoxtEcho are working on their own Typhoon.
why would they this one is amazing and pretty cheap compared to the rest of the jets
Don't they already have one for fsx and xplane or am I being mistaken?
@@jacob1423because it will be better and more realistic!

@@jacob1423because they will be able to make it as close to study level as they can, cjsim one is great but not very realistic

You are not alone. I had no problem with the previous version but with this the autopilot does nothing. Frustrating!!
My AP isn’t working aswell
Well, at least I am not alone! Let us know how you get on! I'll try the same thing...
Did anyone find a fix? I'm having the same issue.

hmm it works for me

Those problems sound like an issue with your set up and not the jet.
