Man the difference between the impacts is uncanny. You can really feel the hits in bt3 vs sparking zero. Wish they kept that level of impact on the hits. Clear example is 2nd form grab.

For the fact cell perfect form can’t transform into perfect cell make sense because he never transformed, he just come back to death after is kamikaze with regeneration and he becomes perfect cell without 18 So yeah, it make sense
His other forms aren’t transformations he can just do either. The game actually paused while he finds and absorbs the androids. There was not reason to split away his perfect form. It makes him significantly worse in dp battles and makes cell a worse character in ranked

I really love the game, I pre-ordered it and I don't complain much about it. But it isn't a charity, the game costs money and being critical isn't being ungrateful. They wouldn't have made the game if they didn't think there was money to be made.

Barrage Death Beam was a broken move back in BT3.
I am a little upset that his super perfect death beam can't stand up to beam struggles anymore. I miss the "DIEEEEEE!!!!"

@@MOBGND u right, I meant more with the actually feel of the hits vs just the audio like the camera angles and shakes of it.
Actually i learned to fix it, put blur to low, camera shake to high, lower down voices and music, and BLAST the sfx up

They shoulve made it so his transformation changed you back into semi, then the ultimate cause you to transform into super perfect
