They basically tried to replicate the characters personalities at certain points in the anime. This seems to be Gohan just after getting his potential unlocked and about to face Super Buu. He was kind of cocky after just unlocking another new form

All they gotta do is fix the duplicate lines, easy way to do that let the VA’s freestyle something the chars would say like if it’s a hard battle and health is almost even a character isn’t sure in confidence or if your health is low it’s clear concern from a character etc. small changes but would be monumental
Would be nice to also see a line for when it happens consecutively, i.e. “Again? Stop trying”

How can u train for this?
Go to training mode, open the training settings and go to CPU settings, you can choose what behavior the CPU will have, set it to Revenge Counter and attack them to trigger the counter
The best advice I can give is to react to the sfx.

To Revenge Counter, you press R3 while being attacked, but it costs 2 skill points to do so
