- Hello everyone. First of all, this is not a regular definitive video of explaining that a DNS converts hostname/URL to IP address and that's it guys. I'm going to dive deep into the technical details of DNS Namespace hierarchy, types of DNS servers, types of DNS queries, DNS resolvers, query response methodology and many more. We are not here to just apply these technologies for exploiting brute force, Denial of Service or Subdomain takeovers, we are here to learn what we do.

Sir I have a question that when we request a quire why it directly goes to root server and not to the authoritative server because if it directly goes to the authoritative server it doesn't had to pass through the first two server.

Q2: mera internet kabhi kabhi limited ho jata h...aur jab troubleshoot karta hoon toh "DNS server could not be resolve" dikhata h..iska matlab kya hota h aur kaise isko fix kiya jaye...?

1. No, you can set it on your own network.
2. Network problem. Reset your ipconfig settings or restart router. Check your TCP/IP configuration from network and sharing center, check if everything's assigned automatically. If none works it maybe a problem on the ISP side. You cant do anything.

I have a doubt hope someone will answer I entered www.youtube.com and it redirected me to the normal page that I use to visit bittentech channel but then I used www.youtube.com. , I included an extra dot after .com but that also redirected me to the website but I had to enter the credential again that is I had to sig in like I am visiting the website for the first time in my life, why this happened? A response will be much appreciated and also can you please explain a little bit more about "stub resolver".
