- The Trijicon RCR is a rugged closed emitter optic that is ready for whatever abuse you decide to put it through. What sets the RCR apart from the crowd is its use of the widely supported RMR footprint, allowing the RCR to mount to almost any existing standard RMR mount or slide. Trijicon’s patented RCR mounting bolts not only allow the optic to be tightened from the side, but they also provide a strong mounting solution that is resistant to overtightening, cross-threading, and stripping.

*me sprinting to my TR25 to discover that it says John 9:5 on it. I have a TA50 arriving tomorrow and now I'm even more excited and they probably just got another sale for one of the new pistol optics and that is what sealed the deal. I love that.

As a Christian man, I appreciate this very very much and that they openly put the Word on their products. I was a fan already, but now I'm getting everything Trijicon.

@@QuitYoJibby-JabbinFool I was talking to Trijicon about something else and I brought up about the Bible verses and the guy said the owner started it in the begining and they continued doing. The only products they don't do it for are the optics that they sell to military. So the only red dots and optics that have it are the ones on the consumer market.

I’ve got one on preorder, bound to live atop an acog TA-02. Should be a great compliment for max durability and reliability.
Pre-ordered for my ACOG TA-110 LED. One tough setup.

How soon will it be released? I have the RMR HD on a pistol but I want this for a pistol that the HD and SRO hang over the ejection port.
Great video! I have an RMR now and generally love and trust it. One concern with it, however, is that the glass fogs when moving from cold to warm environments. Does the RCR solve that?

I just now ordered a Walther full size PDP Pro SD, and plan on getting a RCR for it as soon as I can find one. I have a Walther PPQ .45 SD and have an SRO on that and LOVE it, but the idea of an enclosed optic sounds better to me (less crap getting in there), I just wish the window was a big as the SRO's or even bigger. I'm 59 so my vision kinda sucks now. Hell, if I could mount an EOTech on the PDP I'd be happy! LOL
So is it only incompatible with zev duty slides or all zev rmr footprint slides? I have an Orion slide I’d like to put it on.
It depends on if it has posts for the screw or not. Posts on the plate are not compatible
I would like to put this on my 300blkout pistol as an offset sight.
Will it work in a safariland holster?

Does it have the same problem as all other 'enclosed' pistol red dots in that it fogs up when you go from one temperature extreme to the other? ie - Air conditioned car to 95° outside temp?

Not at all that’s what allows it to use the RMR footprint.
My thoughts exactly. I like to properly torque these small fasteners using my torque screwdriver. I question if guys use Loctite if you can get it torqued down before it sets up. I use a product called vibre tight that I suppose would be best.
