Kait, have you considered trying an oval chain ring? I recently have and I am happy with the results. Climbing certain steep slopes is easier, and some previously not conquered climbs have now been flattened ever so little.
I haven't! I have been curious about those, I should probably try one sometime, I just haven't as I have very sensitive hips so I've been inclined to keep my set up as it's working. But testing one out wouldn't hurt! Thanks for the suggestion.
