Give Tremonti a guitar and he's a monster, give him a suit and tie and he puts together the living members of Sinatra's band and sings for charity. This man is a jewel
By the way, Mark Tremonti did a full album of Sinatra covers as part of his new organization's program called Take a Chance for Charity which tries to get artists or performers to go out of their usual comfort zones and try something different for charity. I believe the album proceeds are all gifted to the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) in honor of his daughter who has Down Syndrome. It's a great story and worth looking up if you're interested.
To me he sounds like himself, like anytime he sings lead or backing vocals in AlterBridge; but, his phrasing and inflections are extremely close to Sinatra’s- which he has worked extremely hard on so that the accents are in the right place. That is what tricks the mind to think it sounds like Sinatra. He’s done alot of work to sing the songs in the same manner. Plus his baritone voice is suited very nicely to Sinatra’s.
Note: He also got Frankie’s surviving touring band and leader to play! Sounds fantastic!

I ❤ Mark' s voice. I really can sing . His voice is awesome in Alter Bridge, in his other band Tremonti and perfect for the Sinatra songs he covered. Some of these musicians were in Sinatra's band it makes it even better ❤

Fil, yes, Mark has a Sinatra way about him. Good arrangement on this classic. Sinatra had a very unique sound, I would say singers come close yet they don't get all of Sinatra's inflections or his delivery.
