its funny how they always say that killing is part of the job !!! its not part of it it is THE JOB everything else is just the way they have to take to achive the job...
I could've only wish that I had a team of American Special Operators at hand that I could've utilized to liberate the oppressed people of my home country from the dictatorship. I have so much confidence in the America's liberty that is secured by these men, but be careful America, you want them always defend you liberties not the opposite.
VERY FRUSTRATING I would Agree !!! That much 🚂 Ning ,,, put em in THEE FIGHT ,,-,,, PROs = Highly Trained indevuduals 🤔 Persons , Les needed troops. 👍 👽🛸
@LTCimbulletproof as much as even all the others i listed. the Marine Recon teams, contrary to popular belief, are the actual "tip of the spear". they are on the ground before delta, SEAL's, and often before bombs are dropping. i give them all credit but the least recognised are the Marine Recon operators, the recently formed MARSOC, and the NightStalkers
Boy! couldn't we all learn a lesson from about 7:00 minutes in, "work the problem" find a solution, cope with the frustration of our daily challanges without whinning.
What's your thoughts on making High School Boot Camp? I think it would Make America Great Again! Also, the soldier's leaving the military can have a place to transitions to. One Team
@maven21 they are quite professionals how many seal missions do you know about?? oh thats right probably less than 3 or 4 including the killing of osama... well seals go on missions everyday and who gets the credit?? of the marines do and the army rangers do thats right.
@terryispro False. Know of 3 Marines from the Force Recon unit that went to buds in one class. Don't remember hearing if any made it but one did get injured along the way. There is a relatively new Marine equivalent to Special Forces/Seals so this might not happen again.
Remember the movie '' Class of 1984 '' ?...The cyborg teacher said..' I took my lessons from the military ''...I love the military, but only for defending my country in case of an attack by an outside force...war is futile ! We should better cooperate with eachother, not kill off !
@LTCimbulletproof I actually didn't talk to my recruiter for that. many members of my family went into the Marine Corps. A few of them are former Force Recon. My 2 cousins on my mom's side joined Recon in 02' and were selected for the new MARSOC in 10' in Fallujah they went in with 2nd and 1st Force Recon. I get what I know from them. I personally want to graduate Scout Sniper school and get an 0317MOS then try for Force Recon and hoprfully join MARSOC
@LTCimbulletproof Well, the cause of that is probably mogadishu. what the world public was told was basically this. "The Marines pulled out and left the Job to the Rangers. The Rangers held out for a while but eventually couldn't keep it together when a plan didnt work as expected (ie a chopper being shot down)" and since then USSOCOM and the DOD have send the Marines in place of the Rangers because of the reprucussions. i know that the rangers were pulling defence work at Takur Ghar (1of2)
Daniel Greenwell Not true. There are Marines that have gone into SEALS. I even remember seeing it on a documentary. Although, even in my 8 years in the Marines, I never saw a jarhead go to SEALS.
That would suck to become a Seal/Operator and never see any Combat but I'm assuming this was filmed years before Desert Storm perhaps in the mid-eighties maybe....
I remember watching that goofy movie with John Candy , where they were attacking Canada,and they had this weird elite group of soldiers in black , and one of them just twisted his ankle,and they just shot him in the head ! And kept going, I still laugh my ass off every time I see that part ! Lol 😂 they wouldn’t really do that , would they ? Awwww lol ! God bless these Warriors! 🙏🏻🇺🇸
@futurejarhead0311 no...pretty sure the greenies were in afghan long before marines even thought about going to war. i do a lot of research on the special operations community. trust me. as for marine force recon they usually aid in delta or other tier 1 elements in securing locations. but the work cooperatively with tier 1 elements. trust me. marines are not always tip of the spear, despite what your recruiter will tell you and all that oorah bs.
Man.. you dont have to be a seal to deal.with these issues any combat arms who literally trains to f $@!£ up felt this way prior to actually hitting the ground.. in the mid 90s post Desert Storm pre OIF everyone felt this way.. wanted to get at it.. JRTCs and NTCs and CMTCs etc etc.. just werent enough.. it can be seen as childish but when u sign on to put your life on the line to defend what you love its what you want till you get it. Lol.. imagine going to school to be a lawyer for years and then working as a paralegal? You would be pissed after all the class ..knowledge and training.
@LTCimbulletproof and secured LZ's at tora bora but the black-operations (direct action) was done almost entirely by the Marine Recon operators, SEAL operators, and some Delta operators. to me, the LEAST recognised heroes are the 160'th aviators. if it werent for the NightStalkers the bin laden raid wouldnt have happened, the insertion of Marine Recon teams in the early stages of iraq and afghanistan wouldnt have happened. The Marine Recon teams also dont get recognised
@rmanderson702 Happened to serve with some SOF gentlemen in Afghanistan. The mentality of all the different units is the same. Aggressive personalities trained to be controlled action directed towards a specific mission. There are "I'm a badass" talkers in all the units. The guy who talked to me about this looks like Jesus on a diet for goodness sake. You can't blanket any statement to any Unit from any Branch. People are individuals, it's just that these can do more than most.
@arl1216 I see...so you have to be an Admiral to comment on a RUclips clip? Getting corrected by a dude who is proud of his "A" in english I can understand. Good job BTW!!! But I didn't know it required me to join the Navy, survive BUD's, be assigned a SEAL (thank you) team, go on missions around the world for years, rise to the rank of Admiral, then come home, get on a computer, and comment that a guy is talking too much. We have all been doing this whole RUclips thing wrong.
@catalinux007leiro You are completely wrong. It like going to football camp and practicing everyday and not getting the chance to even suit up for the game. If you practice for months and months then you want to do what you practiced.
noo. my uncle was a SEAL.. well i guess he still is idk hes in ST4.. i have a cousin in the Rangers. those to groups aside from DEVGRU and Delta are by far the most badass behind Army SF. if you put a SEAL team against an ODA,, evenly matched. but C. is right SEALS are the best.. at what they do. think about it Rangers: good supporting role-SEALS: good for Direct Action- SF: good at guerrilla warfare-Recon Marines: good at recon. but are striving to be JV Seals...
kurt miller First, maybe you need some schooling on Marines. Take a look at Force Recon and MARSOC training and missions. SEALS just like to talk about what they do. That's the only reason everyone knows so much about them.
why they dont use any scope??? i see a guy with a rifle and he doesnt have anything on it..i think that is the only reason special forces lose IF they lose...
SEALS are assassins. SEALs are for blowing a door off the hinges entering a room and killing enemy. Green Berets are much more valuable than SEALs. NOW, SEAL Team Six are the Green Berets of the SEALs. I can't imagine what it takes to be a Team Six member. You have to be a person who's determination cannot be understood. You have to be willing to do a simple motion (raising a rifle into place) millions of times, trillions of times, in order to be able to raise that rifle into firing position within a fraction of a second. All people don't have the patience to do that, to sit there raising a rifle for hours and hours on their own time. Then there's a few guys out of billions who say "I'll be that guy". Seriously, think about it. They have to practice MERELY raising a rifle into place to fire a shot. Imagine just walking around, sitting around, nothing to do, so you load a rifle with different amounts of bullets and for HOURS upon hours on your off time while guys are drinking a beer or fucking off, you just raise that rifle into place time after time so you can be the best and quickest person in the would
That Seahawk pilot 6:11 is one skilled dude. Props to saving the helicopter and crew onboard.
If prop lowered any further, helicopter and crew coulda been casualties !
I find it funny that this documentary shows SF in actual operation and shows the SEALs doing what they do best...talking, training, and making movies.
Yep , and balancing that beachball on the nose .
lol yup she mentioned the unit at the beginning and then never spoke of them again
the narrator does an Excellent job .
Green berets are my heros in my book cant wait to join the ranks with them!!! Thanks for the upload : )
its funny how they always say that killing is part of the job !!! its not part of it it is THE JOB everything else is just the way they have to take to achive the job...
6:00 holy shit my but just puckered
Yeh after a few more thoughts I have to admit you are right.
I could've only wish that I had a team of American Special Operators at hand that I could've utilized to liberate the oppressed people of my home country from the dictatorship. Respect whatever the cause they are fighting. Often sent by Washington to do operation whatever right or wrong they are sat the front line.
@therallycrossking- what makes you think that all infantry personal have seen combat?
@LTCimbulletproof
as much as even all the others i listed. the Marine Recon teams, contrary to popular belief, are the actual "tip of the spear". they are on the ground before delta, SEAL's, and often before bombs are dropping. i give them all credit but the least recognised are the Marine Recon operators, the recently formed MARSOC, and the NightStalkers
That chopper pilot is outta control
He controlled that contact very well.
@maven21
the green berets are the ones known as "quiet proffesinals"
and yeah its a documentary, how d u want them not to talk
Boy! couldn't we all learn a lesson from about 7:00 minutes in, "work the problem" find a solution, cope with the frustration of our daily challanges without whinning.

I think it would Make America Great Again!
Also, the soldier's leaving the military can have a place to transitions to.
One Team
@TheRallycrossKing you have to be in the Navy or the coast guard to become a SEAL, but that makes sense for the army and marines sf
I so wanna join these guys. no joke
@BMONEYSLO sadly i think rangers are just as under credited as the seals are. you don't hear much about rangers and combat.
@maven21 they are quite professionals how many seal missions do you know about?? oh thats right probably less than 3 or 4 including the killing of osama... well seals go on missions everyday and who gets the credit?? of the marines do and the army rangers do thats right.

6:14 damn that helicopter almost ate shit . close one .
@abduljakol1985 Weaponary does matter it's the individual SF operator himself.
navy seals last words were dont you want the best? yes..send in delta, rangers, or green berets lol
Does aggressive mean determine?
@LTCimbulletproof
Well, the cause of that is probably mogadishu. what the world public was told was basically this.

"seal team six are the green berets of the seals" is probably one of the most inaccurate and ignorant things i've ever read lol
I saw these people in videos crying and fainting when they encountered soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan.....this propaganda is crap
