I just went this past February, i purchase tickets for Tuesday and Wednesday planning to avoid crowds, my god, it was super windy and cold, i arrive like 20 min before opening, and the amount of people trying to get in was just INSANE, you can barely walk inside, i can't imagine holidays and weekends, even like that, i just love the experience, beauty and the beast ride was the most crazy line i ever did in my life, 2.5 hours the first day, 3 hours the second one. By the way, Klook was great to purchase the tickets, i also reserve for universal in osaka in klook., but don't be afraid of crowds, you will enjoy the experience and its worth it, they organize everything pretty well, even with that amount of people making line to get food and all that was pretty smooth.
Thank you so much for this! Nowadays everyone wants to do some long winded vlog when I'm just looking for basic information. I do with you would've talked a little bit more about the park itself though
I know this is sponsored but I can say Klook is handy for us non-Japanese. +1 for Klook. Also +1 for the Sheraton if you have small kids. It’s convenient. If you don’t mind “going native” I highly recommend staying at the Ibis in Uraysu. Way cheaper, has a direct bus and the nearby station/mall is a great place to pickup cheap Japanese food (bentos) pretty much for every meal if you like.
Thank you, very informative! I was thinking of getting one of the buses to get there but they cost so much. With the train taking just 230 yen (~$2.30 AUD) it's a no-brainer. Looks like this video helped me avoid a tourist trap! I booked at Klook because they have a separate discount coupon value pack thing, and 3x 8% off vouchers which also works for Disney tickets.
It is curious how we hear so little about Tokyo Disneyland in 🇬🇧 Britain, well attended as it may be. I bet there are many people in Britain who have never heard of it.
At the train station Maihama next to Disney there is lots of luggage lockers there - do not forget the load more on the lower level where bus stop is - accessible via lift or stairs
Hey there! Just out of curiosity did you need to avoid any issues with Disney to make this video? I want to post one but am worried about the copyright
Great video! Thanks! First time in Japan in october, we'll stay at disney miracosta on a vacation package + 2 extra nights, oct 21 to 24, weekdays. Can we hope for reasonnable crowd for that time? Also, very concerned with earthquakes and tsunamis, again first timer in the country, any word on the matter? Gratefully
Hi there! You can still expect crowds on a weekday in October, especially in the morning as everyone's waiting to enter, however, it's generally less busy than the peak seasons like March and the end of the year. For earthquakes, you may feel one on your trip, but more likely than not, it'll be a very small shake. We have an article on keeping safe while travelling Japan with some helpful links and pics if you'd like to check that out: tokyocheapo.com/editorial/japan-safe-travel/
@tokyocheapo thank you so much for your reply. I really am looking forward to come to disney tokyo and also see fantasy spring. Also, your channel is super helpful to organise our trip to japan, so thank you very much!
Hello there! I'm looking to travel solo and visit DisneySea. I'm looking for rooming suggestions outside of the park, do you have a video or info on that? Also do you suggest November for this year? Thanks so much for your insight!
As a Japanese, I am happy that foreigners like her who love Japan enjoy travelling to Japan. By the way, I would like to ask a question to people from abroad who want to know about Japan or have already been to Japan. Do you know Thomas Lockly, a very famous foreigner in Japan these days? Do you know the song Yasuke isn't to blame or The sin of Thomas Lockly, which was written by a Japanese in response to his many comments?
Thank you very much for an informative video. One question though, once you already inside, are you allowed to go outside to go back to Sheraton and go back again inside Disneyland the same day?
Yep, I believe they give you a hand stamp when you leave. Universal Studios Osaka doesn't allow re-entry except for annual passholders, but Disney does from what I have read :)

We've previously been able to get tickets on the day, but to make sure you don't miss out, we suggest checking ticket availability a week or two in advance to see if the numbers are getting low on the day you'd like to go.
Historically, March is the busiest month of the year at Disney so you'll likely be facing big crowds. Generally, the end of March is worse than the start of the month so we'd suggest going as early as possible and avoid the weekends.
Too bad nobody is listening to you. They are having a banner year and now have a billion dollar earning movie with Inside Out 2. So take your right wing b.s. somewhere else.

Can we buy the tickets on the same day (early morning) ?
We've been able to buy tickets on the same day before but it just depends on the availability.

Yes! They sell them via kiosk in lobby but only sell day tickets there.
That cat definitely looks Tokyo.
we are planning on going mid March 2025, is that a horrible idea?

Isn't Tokyo Disneyland just a Japanese dubbed version of Disneyland (no offense)
Don't go. WAY too many people.
Which month did you go?
@Aeyyel I was in Japan in September and November.
And I was specifically told to avoid Disneyland Tokyo at all costs.
Went today, wasn’t bad at all. Longest we waited was 50 minutes
@@riffgrooveI feel sorry for you that you didn't go. You missed out. If you go between Tuesday-Thrusday the lines are non-existent.
Crowd reports say it’s better to go in the second half of January
