      @@drclairelockridgend I appreciate it! I'm binging your videos, loving watching what you eat in a day/week. I'm so tired of all of the "diet dogma" on the internet. I feel like I've read everything at this point. Do I eat/avoid certain foods to avoid other health issues, or heal the gut? Do I tell myself there are no bad foods to heal my relationship with food? It's all very frustrating. Thank you for responding.

    What kind of butter are you using?

      I get grass fed butter, I believe the one that I use in this video is from a farm near Toronto. Hope that helps 💚
