Truly Tropical Mango Varieties- ‘Duncan’

Duncan is a very underrated Mango & a worthy contender with Edward from which it is probably descended. Like Edward is is a very well balanced pleasant "civilized" smooth mango. It is mild & mellow without being "one dimensional" or lacking in flavor. Even people who say they don't like mangoes would probably like Duncan. It's a solid "8" or better. Definitely a top 10 on my list and good door yard tree choice. The only negative is has a slight lingering Asian mango aftertaste. It reminds me a bit of Glenn, but with an Asian undertone. It's mild, smooth, juicy and refreshing. To me it's similar to Glenn, but I think a "good" Glenn edges it out for flavor and aroma.
