I’m Going to miss Lana in wwe. The best moment for Lana is when she won that tables match against Nia Jax earlier on Raw earlier this year. That’s when Nia Jax landed on her ass and said “MY HOLE!”.
The way she describes her release sounds very stressful. Having basically no job security and horrible corporate meddling would drive away any normal person but the wrestlers are mostly all friends and the fanbase does show their love more often than not. It's a tough spot to be in.
Any time I've seen or heard interviews from CJ (not Lana), I appreciate her positive spirit and work ethic so much! Even if she didn't start off in the traditional wrestler pathway, she definitely put in the work, time, and effort to improve, learn, and show she's committed to being in the industry.

I think if a wrestler was willing to have a manufacturer's logo, and sponsor logos etc, on their ring gear, they might be able to sort out a sponsorship deal to get their gear for free, which is how other sportspeople get their equipment for free. Eg: Lionel Messi is given free boots from Adidas, because every game he is advertising those boots to millions of people, many of whom will go out and buy it. However considering there isn't really a market for either replica ring gear in the way there is for sports jerseys, nor the mass scope of amateur-level people needing to buy equipment to play with, I don't really think it's ever going to happen.

Notice how WWE is releasing a lot of talent only when AEW is a solidifed company? It's almost as if WWE knows they can't keep all the talent and the talent won't be left without job options if they got fired.

If wrestling is just gonna feel like another miserable corporate job, Why not just get a corporate job instead? why would one choose to put their body on the line, travel all year and work their ass off if it's just as miserable as a normal job? The whole appeal of wrestling as a career is the life, doing what you love, not having a 9 to 5, travelling the world etc. It's not supposed to feel the way WWE guys feel today, if you're a wrestler who also has to deal with corporate bullshit like this, you have the worst job in the world because you have the bad parts of both wrestling and a real job.

I'll be honest she might thrive in Impacts meh roster but get minorly lost in AEW's roster, I don't want to see her and Miro interacting yet not with how he is right now but it's50/50 i say where she pops up.

Jericho is just doing his job as an interviewer, but he also has to know how terrible and petty this interview makes WWE look. This certainly makes it easier to watch AEW and harder to watch WWE. Reminds me of Punk’s pipe bomb.
I think you're referring to Punk's Cabana interview after he left, not the Pipe Bomb he cut while he was still there, right? And I'm sure Jericho is aware that this makes WWE look bad, but honestly, WWE _is_ bad, he's not doing this intentionally as an act of corporate sabotage- WWE have made the rod for their own back with their ruthless, heartless behavior, and now it's time to pay the piper.
