Mexico once encompassed from Costa Rica to the south all the way to California. I worked as a Radiographer and Radiation therapist alongside Mexican and Salvadorean technologists and they all saw each other as friends. They almost eat the same kind of food. I believe the only division is when their national teams play soccer against each other. In California a high number of Central Americans marry Mexicans and have crazy wedding parties😅
Latinos in the United States generally enjoy strong relationships with one another, particularly between Mexican and Central American communities. They share cultural ties rooted in Mesoamerican heritage and, in some cases, common independence celebrations. Additionally, being perceived as "outsiders" in a predominantly Anglo society fosters a sense of solidarity. This shared experience of immigrant challenges often creates a bond of resilience and mutual support among these communities-except when it comes to fútbol, and that’s a whole different story
That’s not true… I live in LA and there’s a lot of Mexicans and Salvadorian people that marry.. in fact a lot of them have Mexican/salvadoerean restaurants
Do those interracial Mexican/Salvadoran relationships last though? I'd imagine they might last a year at most before their differences make it impossible to live together. I could be wrong, but I am curious.
@@flintwestwood3596 theres hardly any differences no more than mexicans from northern mexico being different from southern mexicans, you act like salvadorans are black or something lol
@@carlitosway5748 They may not be "black" proper, but they're definitely and completely different creatures as different as night and day. This is why it's curious to hear that they would go so far as to intermarrying. I believe the original poster that they are intermarrying, but given their vast cultural, genetic and linguistic differences it begs the question if such unions are even viable in the long run in the first place. Hence my question.
I’m a Mex-Am in Los Angeles, a lot of Central Americans here too. And it’s not that we don’t get along, it’s more like birds of a feather sticking together. You will gravitate more towards those that are most like you. That’s much more the case with immigrants from those countries. The US born offspring of the people of these different nationalities is much more likely to mix with each other than their immigrant parents.
It's the first time I've heard that Mexicans and Salvadorans don't get along. It's the first time also I've heard a Christian using his religion against 4aĉism and ĥăt3, usually it's the opposite 😆
we all get along, our beef is just soccer lol but other than that, we all get along perfectly, very common for mexican families to have a salvadoran or guatemalan family member and the same can be said for salvadoran and guatemalans with a mexican family member
@@carlitosway5748 you are 💯 correct.. the beef has always been soccer..my pops tells me stories where el magico took out Mexico out of the World Cup back in the days..
Do you think this guy actually read the full Bible and the parts they took out like the gospel of Thomas the infancy where Jesus kills a bunch of little kids or he just knows the King James book of lies?
That's because Central Americans consider themselves different to Mexicans and have stronger cultural connection tie than Mexicans would with Central Americans since they work and are employed by Mexicans and carry slight animosity Mexicans don't like them nor the fact we fought for their independence and they celebrate it one day before us or during our independence day, To Mexicans being the label of a Mexican is sacred since were not one ethnicity , I for example am Afro decent and Obviously Native Mexican.
@carlitosway5748 incorrect, do your research. A majority of indigenous people which are referred in the modern day as native etc are more predominantly mongoloid & some North Eurasian. There have been genetic studies done as well. Google up a Mongolian and compare them to indigenous people in North and South America. There are similar features such as eyes & cheekbones. Go look at a map and see what's above north America and how easy one can cross from the mongolia area to north America.

Definitely get native people from the Spanish speaking countries of America, we definitely are brothers and sisters whilst we’re abroad together.
