From my experience about converted uniforms its that they are a lot more common then people think, Some where done very well and some where not done so well. I noticed my first converted riding pants for my uniform and i didn't understand why it looked so weird, But later found out it was all real and converted because of cost reasons. I really find converted uniforms to be more exotic in some way because they tell a long story.
Not an expert by any means, but they're all officer tunics, so "textbook" doesn't really necessarily exist. They're most likely all gonna be privately tailored, and they basically wore whatever they wanted
With german wwii uniform s the germans were thrilled to use checkoslovak wool captured in 1938 the german even used wwi french blue wool from stocks in France to make uniforms for the Russians in Normandy coast those are super rare only have seen one
Ok now you have the germans made things in every country they occupied and italian material is common in s.s. items italian h.b.t. in ss & luftwaffe French. Made medals a d uniforms cap for germans sold in Paris to germans
Belgium made bevo I thought was fake junk untill I discovered that it was made in occupation run factory s jn Belgium 🇧🇪 so the textbooks need to be replaced as all is not really what it seems 😉
Actually you are incorrect. All of these uniforms have been vetted and discussed in detail the the werhmact awards forum. They are all original uniforms. Some with field upgraded insignia. Some with a few “collector added” reproduction awards. The only one that i could not get a straight answer on was the panzer wrap.

I've touched on how sloppy he is with stuff too. Pretty unpro, but a lot of dealers do it ridiculously. So cant judge him too much

They do all look alright. You can generally tell original quality, and these do have that
