Materials:
3 pieces of square 20 gauge dead soft wire, 10 inches long each
24 gauge half-round dead-soft wire(just keep it on the spool and use as needed)
1 cabochon, mine is a teardrop Labradorite about 30mm tall
Optional: little bead
I am using Lindstrom pliers Rx 7890 and cutters Rx 8141

Thank you! So glad you are enjoying the videos! I just eyeball the wire, trying to use longer than necessary, so this way I don't run out of wire if I decide to add extra swirls or something. If I am using an expensive wire like sterling silver, I'll make it in copper first, measure how much extra I end up cutting off, so I can try and use only what is necessary when I make it in silver

THANK YOU 😘 I LOVE THE SLEEKNESS OF THIS , VERY ELEGANT & THE LOOK COULD CHANGE SO MUCH JUST BY SWITCHING UP THE STONE FOR SOMETHING BRIGHT OR WITH STRONG MARKINGS , I ALSO ADORE COPPER BEADS TOO ... NOW ALL I HAVE TO DO IS ... GIVE IT A GO SAID WITH SUCH DOUBT 😂 I FINALLY AFTER WRAPPING A MUSHROOM WITH A WRAPPED BALE , I ALSO MADE MY FIRST PENDANT & AM SHOCKED BY HOW WELL IT CAME OUT AS I DIDN'T FOLLOW A TUTORIAL , BUT THE HARDEST PART ASIDE FROM THE FACT I AM VERY HEAVY HANDED & HAVE A DEATHGRIP ( MY POOR WIRE IS CHEWED UP IN A COUPLE OF PLACES ) WAS THE BALE IN A FIG 8 WEAVE WHICH IS STRANGE BECAUSE I DID JUST A BALE IN MY PRACTICE WIRE WHICH IS PLATED & IT WAS FAB & QUICK ... HOWEVER I HAVE COME TO FIND THAT THE CHEAP ' FADELESS ' WIRE IN 26G IS FARRR THINNER THAN ACTUAL BARE COPPER SO I'VE HAD TO ORDER SOME 28G AS IT'S EASIER FOR THIS NEWBIE WRAPPED , BUT I LOVE THE LOOK OF THE THICKER 26G - I WOULD LOVE TO TRY THIS BECAUSE IT ISN'T A LONG TUTORIAL THOUGH SAYING THAT I THINK YOU JUST MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK SO EASY & EFFORTLESS , HOWEVER I ONLY HAVE 21G SQUARE WHICH I WISH I HADN'T BOUGHT A BIG REEL OF NOW & 22G HALF ROUND BOTH OF WHICH I HAVE YET TO TRY DUE TO THE FACT THAT I CAN'T SEE WHAT I AM WRAPPING AS MY EYES ARE PLAYING UP & I HAVE BLURRED VISION , SO FAR I'VE BEEN LUCKY & SEEM TO BE GOOD WRAPPING 🙏✨🌠 I NEED A MAGNIFYING LAMP HOWEVER THERE'S TOO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM & ADHD & DECISION MAKING JUST DO NOT MIX WELL ... I'll definitely be attempting this, it's so pretty! Plus I've just managed to buy the same pliers! All I need now is for the wire website to open up for orders so that I can buy the square wire! It's been really testing my patience starting a hobby in Dec, when all websites are closed for Xmas and NY! But I have watched loads of your videos in the meantime!

Hi, I love your tutorials. Do you have a tip for keeping the wire nicely uniformed and flat? Mine always end up a hot mess on both sides of the initial wrap with half round.😢

Can you please just for Europe and UK tell us mm instead of gauge and we don't get half square easily here either can it be round instead I use .8mm and .4mm is that ok?
When I buy it on riogrande.com it tell me the gauge, so I do not know the mm size. But they ship internationally, because I am all the way in Australia and they ship to me here. I have some tutorials that use specifically round wire, so you can do that if you only have round wire.
