    This was a pleasure to watch from beginning to end. I love that you show us every move and explain why you are doing what you are doing. I really liked the finished charm and the wire wrapping is so complimentary to the stone itself. Thank you for a lovely video that is most helpful to a new wrapper.

    I am a new wrapper and I find your tutorials intriguing as well as inspirational. The instructions are clear and informative. While I thoroughly enjoy your tutorials, there is one thing that baffles me... how do you keep the copper "tarnish" from rubbing off onto your clients' clothes or turning the skin green?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  9 месяцев назад

      Thank you, it is more of a problem with rings, when the copper constantly rubs against the skin it can turn it green for some people. I have never had a problem with a pendant though as I don't think it really rubs against the skin enough to have that happen. It all depends on body chemistry, some people are more prone to the skin turning green than others, if it is a real problem for someone I'd recommend other metals like sterling silver.

    Thank you for sharing your crafts ❤ Do you know if it's safe to wear solid gold wire wrapped gemstone jewelry to the shower or does it damage it?

    • @OxanaCrafts

      Sorry I don't know, I would guess gold would be fine though if it got wet.

    Hi Oxana, Thanks for providing us with your wonderful tuts!! Anyway, How much wastage do you have while designing pieces for us with tuts as well as all your followers that purchase your lovely pieces?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  10 месяцев назад

      I use copper when coming up with something new, so I don't waste expensive wire like silver. I do cut my wires long so I don't run out since I never quite know how much I will need when trying out a new idea, so there is some waste, but not too much. And little bits of wire can often be recycled into little links and other small bits that are useful. When I make my designs that I sell in my shop there's usually not much waste as those are generally ones I make a lot and know by heart

      Thanks!! BTW I have several pieces that I have *&%#ed up. Some at the start, and sadly, a lot near finished. IS there, more like, would you be willing (I know your able!! lol) to show us how to over come or fix errors? Do you cover such things with your subscriptions choices? Thanks again, I know your really busy!

      That's lovely you have collected so many, if you have trouble wire wrapping them you could try doing glue on bails to turn them into pendants.
