I'm studying business economics 5th semester after summer and I just started my first ever company, helping companies and people get more sales online
"It blows my mind how people are so okay with being okay" this stuck in my head.
Me too!
I am okay to be okay. what's wrong? who will remember an estate agent and he is not a hero like jesus christ.
Being just okay puts food on the table and pays the bills.
Did you improve yourself after watching this video? It's been 2 yrs, tell us
Thanks Ryan! Great reminder! There are times when. I gave up, played small, didn't realize it, until someone that cared about me, when. I forgot about myself! Just show up, do the work, keep it moving and allow the universe to handle the details! Once again, thanks Ryan and stay blessed! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
So Ryan is basically a life coach. The vlogs have so much value for young aspires
this is a wrong direction of happy life.
@@dannysze8183 not necessary what might make you happy might be different for someone else.
@@skinybonesjacob just saying, who cares.
This is becoming one of my favorite things to watch lately. As a college student stressed out about grades, jobs, tests, etc.... the life advice and motivation for the vlogs really helps put things in perspective, especially when they show firsthand how Ryan grinds out everyday.
Appreciate the stress, setbacks, and issues you encounter because once you succeed it will all be a memory worth playing back. Keep your head up to those who feel they are at a dead end.

Same! We having been really loving the vlogs!
Was just thinking thee exact same.
8 months ago I was still working in construction Ryan and now I work for a customer service company in Greece, a complete turnaround in my life. I never thought I could do this because being social was not my best personality. But by I dare to take steps i finde new things in life, and thanks for your inspiring videos and words...
Awesome vlog Ryan!
The main takeaway that is going to my notebook this video is:
If you focus too much just on the results, you can wind up hurting yourself more than anything and that's what a lot of people do.
They focus too much on what the endgame is instead of how they're gonna get there and the path they're gonna take to get there with a smile on their face, because if you just do the work, the work is going to take care of you and the endgame is gonna be what you want no matter what.
But if you focus too much on what that goal is, the goal is going to change and then you gonna be pissed off, you're going to be angry and then it's not gonna feel like that was the goal or that was the result so then you gonna change the path when you should've just kept steady.
The grind is real. No overnight success. Love the journey.
Ryan, the people need a WARDROBE VLOG to help with our style!! Dress shirts, suits, etc...
Just started in an office as an agent. You motivated me to start! Hoping to find success within the first year. Thanks for all you teach us!
Give it at least 5 years my friend... not much will happen in a year, trust me ;)
Nahh. Just do your thing. Go for it. If it takes a year then it takes 1 year. Same with 2,3,4,5 years. Just give your best and do not just focus on the end game.
It's been 2 years since you started. How has it been for you?

Haven't watched in a while, and I must say the quality of these blogs has gone up exponentially. Great job!
Answering the question:
Me and my wife last business project is delivery from IKEA stores in Russia (hi Yuriy!). It's 2 years old from now and we grew from delivering furniture and homegoods from neightbor city which has one IKEA store to customers in our native city which don't have one. After a year from start, we started to deliver it all over Russia from every IKEA store in our country. Now we expand and deliver IKEA from China. We are constantly seeking for new possibilities. One of a side project started about a half year ago is about making replicas of furniture that is no longer selling in IKEA using our contractors capacities with literally no money investmed in production. Now it's gone so good that we're designing our own childrens furniture collection and plan to manufacture and deliver it all over the country as we do it for IKEA products by the name of our brand.
To play on the contrast: our main local competitor in IKEA delivery started his business 10 years ago. He has no growth. No new projects, nothing new. We made so much more in 2 years, starting with no money and being just a company of two people. It's been so much hard times, so much money loss and so much stress.
"How people are so okay with being okay" is the quote of the day for me. People who don't stop at "okay" stage are actually moving industries further. You can be good at something, but if you've stopped pushing at some point - you're a dead as a businessman.
@4:47 You can see how much anxiety everyone else carries, vs how calm he remains.
I love houses! Can we see the after staging look!
Thanks for passively mentoring me through your vlogs, Ryan.
I so needed this advice today. Thank you for sharing!!!

I've been in the beauty industry for the last 25 yrs...but I'm starting a new career in Real Estate...and I'm so excited about it 😀
So inspirational!
I am with you Ryan! I go to school at the Cleveland Institute of Music. I’m never satisfied with how well I play my instrument. There’s always someone better than me who I can learn from and use as my measure to improve. Who’s the best musician in the room-and what do I have to do to become better than them? This internal competitive dialogue I have with myself is what keeps me from being stagnant and “okay with being okay.” Never satisfied with how well I perform today; always searching for the motivation to achieve higher tomorrow.
Yesssssss!
Yessss! I love this VLOG! Im a lawyer in Mexico by the way, to answer your Q... U R the best!
Getting in the real estate business
So appreciate with your advise. Focus on the progress not the result.
Great video Ryan! Like u said it's progress is the most important thing. I was going backwards in my life and thought when is my break in music and now finally next week I will be signed as a music producer/songwriter to one of the best music publishers in the UK. I'm now so happy and grateful! I will now announce next week on LinkedIn and on my new social media accounts who I'm signed to. Good luck to everyone whatever career u are in and keep working on your goals. Anything is possible in life. ☺
One common thing about successful people is they are honest - to others, to themselves.

Good idea! Part of his start in real estate was going to Starbucks and meeting strangers. Would be cool to see him do that again!

I'm an interior Architect the last 13 years. I started out loving what I did as I was with a great progressive company, but now work for a semi-state which is a designers grave yard. I hate what I do now and really want to get out, but am having great difficulty figuring out which direction to go in =0(. I'm 38 and feel like I'm past it in terms of market appeal. I feel stuck in the biggest rut ever and I so want to get out.
Just subbed and am definitely excited to learn from this guy. I hope to get my license soon
Awesome ;)
I'm a SAHM. Not terribly exciting. Although, looking to get back into the workforce after 18 years as my kids are older now. Scary feeling and don't know where to start. Your videos are inspiring.
Rewatching All of your Vlogs in 2022
I dropped school and moved away from home when I was 16 to explore and I've been on the open road ever since! I do not regret anything and I read and study only those subjects that nurtures me! I do firmly believe that's how you'll make money effortlessly. :D My parents did not agree at all and choose to not have contact with me anymore but that's a price you'll pay to be free but I'm more happy now than ever!
Fun Aholic I had to crash at a friends couch for a while. Really nothing glorious in the beginning. And then all of sudden and out of nowhere I was guided to listen to: Kevin Trudeau - Your Wish Is Your Command. (They are free on RUclips!) and those CD’s changed my perspective and my life! Managed to get a job but I didn’t do my best there but after listening to some visualization advices I went from working only 4-12 hours a months to getting a full time job with a pretty good salary for someone in my age and from there I managed to save money as well! Remember: MIND over MATTER and that facts don’t count when the attitude is right! I also tell myself mantras everyday of things that I want but instead of saying “I wish” or “I want” I trick my mind that I already have those things and the key here is to align your vibrational frequency with the stuff you want! Also, with less toxins in your body, the better you feel and faster you will attract. So, I got the apartment first after I believed I had one... I got contacted by a friend of mine that I’ve known for a long time (he’s into real estate) and I asked if he had any apartments available but he owns nothing in my area-LUCKILY his friend owns a bunch of real estate where I live and the same day I asked him if there was anything available for me the owner of one apartment was moving out and I got the deal! Coincidence? I think not. 🤗 My life was a total MESS before I took control over my own thoughts but now it’s silky smooth BECAUSE I choose to handle every situation with a smile. Remember not to take anything too serious, we’re in a computer game! If you want to go deeper into the rabbit hole, listen to the CD’s I mentioned above on RUclips. Wish you best of luck!
You should definitely contact your parents in the future.
They probably wont admit but they miss you und they do care about you
you should go back and see then unless your heartless...….
