What a difference, Kay! I can hear the joy in your voice as you make this home into a reflection of you and Mr. Soprano. The colors are quite joyful; the kitchen tap is stunning. Can’t wait to see the new drawer hardware as well. Vlogtober was such fun!
Curtain suggestion: hang them closer to the ceiling (makes room look bigger by carrying the eye up to the ceiling) and over hang your curtains past the window sill so when they're open you can see the whole window. Give those two suggestions you wouldn't need to hem the curtains or get shorter rods :)

That green in the bedroom is so serene, so spa-like. It's going to be beautiful when you put the whole thing together! I'm surprised you didn't go for a more colorful rug, something with that pink color like in the throw pillow maybe? I am just in love with how the subtle pink detail in the pillow contrast with the rest of the room. Any plans for art on that big blank wall?

Love the updates! My opinion - curtains - yep, too much pooling, but not enough draping. Buy another pair and add one to each rod. They'll look so much more luxurious.

Headspace reminds me of this beautiful color my mom put on her living room ceiling. It is called green onion. It looks white at first glance but then your eye adjusts and you realize “hey that’s not white.” Just beautiful. And i love the sagey green in the bedroom too. Thx for helping me to support this business

I used Clare too to paint my new home in April! They're awesome. I used dirty martini for my office and actually have that blue in my bedroom. Just one as an accent wall though, I didn't need that much of a cave, lol. Totally relate to wanting to get everything sorted and in it's place after moving things around. I need to revamp my pantry too.
That’s awesome! I was super impressed by that dark blue but every wall was SO overwhelming lol if we had more windows in that space, it probably would have been okay. That’s so funny that you have the same color in your office! I have an extra pint of it and I don’t know what I’m gonna use it for yet

I love the color change, it brightened up the space and made it feel lighter! Dark colors make rooms feel heavy!

Love the paint in the bedroom! Our whole downstairs and bedroom was a VERY dark gray almost black and it felt so dark in our house. One of the first things We did was paint because it made us feel dark and gloomy too!

In home design videos they always advise hanging curtain rods as close as possible to the ceiling and not just above the window as it makes the room look taller. So perhaps you can try that in your bedroom and maybe you won't even have to shorten your curtains.

I would love to just finish one room! Painting is always chaotic, and so much needs to happen for me to get to that point! I have a dog the runs against the wall and drops and the kids have finally gotten out of their drawing on walls phase! So unfortunately no paint till dog is gone though!

Beautiful choice in paint. I’d add two durations per window for a fuller look but that’s my preference.
Your bedroom is gorgeous! Great choice! In my opinion, people are hanging drapes, much higher now right to the ceiling to make the ceiling seem higher. So perhaps your curtains aren’t too long they’re just hung too low? Be easier than hemming!❤

Beautiful paint job... It definitely brightens up your home. Your sheer curtains are nice. However, for your size windows you need two panels per instead of just one. It would look more polished and drape beautifully. I of course, don't know, if you know about this standard or not. Just saying...

I like the original blue, part of my walls and all my doors are a similar color, if not darker, but that color could be a little overwhelming so im doing mostly medium green on my walls.

Oh no, the black hole is gone! Or maybe I should say blue hole. lol I liked the color, however, there is something to be said for rooms being lighter.

Correct like regular furniture with scuff markers! It's all just birch wood with a colored finish!
