thank you for your video, you are always so encouraging about plants - I am terrible at keeping plants alive for any length of time but I still try! I used to use loads of paper in my bathroom too but then I switched to using cheap cellulose cloths (sometimes called Swedish dishcloths in the US I think), they are very economical where I am (Finland), I buy a roll of different colours for different uses and cut to the size I want, they can be washed up to 90C which is very hot and I put them in the machine with my towels and other cleaning cloths. Now I only use one sheet of toilet paper after disinfecting the toilet seat to dry it.
In this heat, I neglected my plants too. I've got the water on the sunflowers now and so hope they forgive me. Your cukes look wonderful! They would be really good in a pasta salad....got pasta salad on my mind. I've got that same problem floor area in the bathroom too. We have cats and that seems to be the place where all the cat hair in the house settles. Thanks for the pep talk.....today I really needed it.
This was definitely motivating. Yesterday, I did my laundry and I agree the bed linens feel amazing! The battle over the bathroom with the Roomba was hilarious. It turned out to be a win-win.
Just a heads up on the paper towels after cleaning, you are putting chemicals in the yard waste. I was doing this too and realized we probably don’t want to be putting them in the yard waste. Love what you share. Thank you!

I too have a glass container obession. Those sauce containers are amazing! Olive oil works too get sticky labels off if you don’t have goo gone. Give it some time to work and when you come back it wipes off.

mom thought me to reset/clean before Friday evening so your weekend is mostly clean Behind the toilet area is gross and I too use disposable towels just for this area ( funny my motivation often comes from doing the bathroom as it’s the smallest room) Loved your vibe in this video
If you’re not in love with your office sofa, get a slipcover made! I’m sure you could barter with someone to swap services (and maybe just pay for materials)? Just a thought. I’m sure anyone who sews would appreciate your organization advice! I have been known to reset twice in a week. I normally reset the public areas one day then the bedrooms and bathrooms another day. I always keep my glass containers. I have very nice glass soap and lotion pumps because I kept some simple soap from Home Goods that came is the cut glass pumps. Now I have them in a nice glass try (thrifted) with a whiskey decanter and glass for mouthwash in my guest bath.
I'm resetting and it's Friday so no one should feel bad about what day it is. I try to keep up to date on keeping things put away by doing a sweep every night, but sometimes stuff accumulates so fast you can't keep up! We just do the best we can!
Oh! How do you like the caraway pots? Are those enamel or nonstick? Oooh what are your current produce keepers? I have that Giant rectangular one and it works great for lettuce, but it just takes so much space!

I use a 50:50 paste of vegetable oil and baking soda to remove sticky label residue, as I try where possible to not have single use products to save space. You just leave it to soak 5-10 minutes and then rub clean

My current living space is a 121 sq ft bedroom in my parents home. So I will have more space but with less storage areas. Meaning the tiny home has no closet!! It’s the toilet paper ‘dust’. It’s collects the moisture from the toilet in the air and serves to make that area so gross 🤢 Watch how many bits fly from the paper when you tear some sheets off.
When you flush your toilet the spray goes about 5 feet - mixed with toilet paper dust, skin flakes, body care products, dust, etc. - so around the toilet is GROSS.
Sorry for the multiple comments, but when using Goo Gone it's important to wear gloves. I had a matence supervisor get on me for not wearing gloves. It has harsh chemicals.
