Protein yogurt bowl:
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (I like vanilla)
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- Top with your fav toppings!
Lunch bowl:
Roasted sweet potato at 400F for 30 minutes.
Cauliflower rice for 20 mins
Tahini dressing
Chicken Nuggets
- 1lb ground chicken
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Any other seasonings you like.
- Add in a couple tbsp of the almond flour to the chicken with the spices
Bake 400F for 22 minutes flipping half way through
Roasted broccoli at 400F for 25 minutes

What’s that brand of yogurt? Looks nice and thick! Also how do you make the tahini dressing?
The brand changes depending on where I am but you can use things like protein powder or a small amount of tapioca flour to help thicken non-dairy yogurt. You can mix some tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup and water to thin to make a simple tahini dressing!

What can replace the almond flour in the chicken nugget recipe. I have a sensitivity to almonds
I haven't tried this recipe with a substitute but if you do, maybe coconut flour could be an alternative to try!

Trying lmnt would be cool but unfortunately I have to be on a low salt diet until I get my weight and hypertension under control.
