Thank you everyone for watching until the end with us! We would LOVE to hear your feedback and any comments you have that can help us improve. Should we make improvements to the audio, editing, or game quality? Any suggestions on the historical content? Is it too detailed, or should we do things more thematically? Thanks again!
Thank you so much for the series guys! This episode came so fast I couldn't even comment on the previous one yet haha. Every series was better than the last one I would just say keep up the great work 😊😊 looking forward to Mongolia (?) next. (Also I think I forgot to say but congrats on the follow from Civ6 on Twitter!!)
Absolutely loved this series, great balance between entertainment and education, will be checking out your other stuff. Great that it's not mandatory to love poetry :)
Fantastic as usual. I don't think it's too detailed at all. Sometimes I have to rewind and go back a bit because I'm either concentrating on the history being discussed and miss some things you're doing in the game, and vice versa, but I enjoy the detail.
Awesome series! Learning more about middle-eastern history has been my favorite intellectual endeavor lately. There's so so much more to it than what is even eluded to here in US public education As far as feedback, I love what you guys do and how you do it. I guess one thing I could say is that I'm personally very interested in little details of history - like what cultures produced, traded, ate, what musical instruments they invented - all sorts of things like that. It might be cool to throw in more small details like that here and there. But I don't know how many other people care about that kind of stuff and I know there's already so much of broad strokes history you have to cram into a single game of Civ so I understand if that's not very realistic. Either way I'm going to keep watching and enjoying :)
Thanks so much! I totally agree that the fun parts of history lie in the details, and not the sweeping chronology! I thought of maybe doing a more detailed history with the new Suleyman leader, actually so we’re on the same wavelength :)
Stumbled across you guys via Potato and am already hooked, as a history and civ buff this is such a great crossroads to learn and have fun! Keep it up!
Someone should have told Naser al-Din that you don't sell all your copies of Tobacco for flat Gold - you keep one copy for the amenities, and gold per turn is a better reward in the long run.
@@Paisley_play Funny thing is, in Civ 5 you could by or sell Strategics for 45 gold, but if you use gold per turn, you will get 2 Gold per turn, which is 60 Gold! So you should buy resources for flat gold but sell for Gold per turn. Not sure if it works the same in civ 6, but that's pretty good for maximum economic efficiency.
@@aminatandour589 thats a great point same for civ 6, but gold now is always better than gold later to win as fast as possible! especially since things get more expensive every few turns
We’re going to Egypt in a couple weeks so maybe do something with the new pack! I’m no experts in ancient history, but one of Dr. Crow’s undergrad majors was Ancient Near Eastern archeology!
Phenomenal play, phenomenal historical insights. Amazing, thanks so much
Thank you so much 🙏🏼!!

Thank you!! 🙏🏼 that’s good to know about the need to rewind, will try to think of solutions when editing!

Awesome glad you enjoyed the series! I think we’re going to wait for the Egypt/Sahara pack for our next one :)
@@Paisley_play Can't wait! Which leader are you leaning toward?
Now that we know their abilities, I'm thinking the new Cleo! I couldn't decide before the reveal :P
@@Paisley_play amazing! I was hoping either her or Sundiata, can't wait!

Haha not in this household! We take flat gold every time 😂

After the Mongolia game, what other civs do you think you will cover?
