Looove traveling with kids. It's not impossible! Lol they look so prepared, too. Great job! I'll have to visit this one. ❤️

Hi @thegoodvillager! It's a really beautiful area, especially after it rains! It definitely takes a lot of prep traveling with kids, but it is so worth it. Best wishes!

When you said river, it reminded me of summer 2008 when I was fishing with my dad and my brother at the Mississippi River and we caught about 14 fish that day. Most of it was catfish. By the way, where were Kate and Maddy at? I didn’t see them in this video or in the pictures

Hi @chrispleasantable! Glad the video brought back some good memories. We actually tried to do a little fishing in the Black River (though we weren't as lucky as you were on the Mississippi!). You have a good eye noticing that Kate wasn't there. She had some school commitments and couldn't make it this time. Definitely missed her since she is so helpful and such a good big sister. Maddy did come along. We posted a few pictures with Maddy on our instagram page: instagram.com/p/CS7Hg5JlV-t/? Appreciate you watching! Best.

When I think of resilience, I think of how Jesus didn’t give up his death on the cross. It was a lot of pain, stress and pressure and even though He didn’t have to do it, He had enough love in His heart for every one of us to do it anyway.

@@ActivelyFamily The Bible says in James 1:2-4 “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, so that you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you will become mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
