We’re very excited to tell you that Before the Storm's bonus episode "Farewell" will be releasing in early 2018 and in even more exciting news: Hannah Telle and Ashly Burch will be returning to play Max and Chloe!
In the Deluxe Edition’s exclusive bonus episode ‘Farewell’ you will be playing as a young Max Caulfield and this may very well be the last time that you will get to see Max and Chloe together.

Same....i got so attached and emotional in these games more so than any other game ive played in years. Its just a true testiment to the skill, care and dedication to everyone involved in the making of this amazing series of games.

since Before the Storm is done by a completely different company, the actual company that made the first Life is Strange game is in production for the sequel. Before the Storm is more like a "fanfictiony" sort of story outside the creators

if you look at the bottom of ashley's script when she turns it at the bottom you can see max asks is your mom going to mind this mess and chloe says: no I thought they would be home by now does that mean farewell will take place on the day william dies? since its also the pic for the episode, you also say farewell to like the care free 'old' chloe and this is the turning point to where she becomes rebel chloe.

Honestly this is the episode I loved the most. Sooo nice to hear Chloe and Max again. Specifically, hearing Chloe sound like herself
1:48 crazy how in character this feels despite both of them being out of character. Also Hannah with that voice should do a cameo on a wellness app like The Daily Calm.
I just want the game to continue... How about this for a new idea.... there's a way to change everything and max saves chloe AND rachel AND arcadia bay as well?? If this becomes a 10-episode SEQUEL to LIS after this.... it'll be HELLA AMAZING.!!

This will be such a good episode. I'm so hyped for this. If this is the final appearance for Max and Chloe, as it's rumored, only right to have Ashly and Hannah voice. I love LiS so much, but this bonus and Before the Storm Episode 3 will hit the feels so hard. Possibly the last time we see Max, Chloe, and Rachel. If that is the case, hopefully we get a deserving ending and goodbye moment from them all.

Unless Deck Nine creates more, Before the Storm is unfortunately only 3 episodes. If you purchased the Deluxe Edition or the Deluxe Upgrade it includes this bonus "Farewell" episode.

This is their last appearance...FOR NOW. Deck Nine and Square Enix already reiterated that in a stream in June. There is hella way too much money still to be made with these characters to simply shelve them forever. The fans love them too much
