    Why have they wrote in every chemistry book that hydrogen+oxygen gives water when it's not possible??

  • @ultimabear
    @ultimabear 6 месяцев назад +10

    This is stupid, it contradicts itself and says that yes we can make water from oxygen and hydrogen. The video should be called "Why we don't normally make water"

    • @Swerev
      @Swerev 4 месяца назад +1

      You missed the point. Which was, that we know what water is made of, ingredients of water if you will. H20. The 1 part of the video that was important was they say it takes a lot of energy. Not energy in the sense of electricity, nuclear, solar... but the energy in the universe. "Free energy", we've all heard this term, Tesla tried and some say he was successful in tapping into this "free energy." Now the issue is with our "advanced technology, and knowledge of science," we can't make water, without blowing ourselves up, but we are expected to believe we can send people to the moon and beyond? If you're atheists, just say that. Atheist are known to believe anything and everything mainstream,"science" pushes down their throat.

      @@Swerev what are you talking about. Why did you even bring religion into this. We can make water. We don’t do it because it’s not energy efficient and there’s no reason to do it. It’s easier to just purify water and recycle it.

    When hydrogen is burned it reacts with oxygen in the air and water is formed.
    Just a little more research and you’ll find what is available after your first 30 seconds of searching

      @goldenhaki5883 4 месяца назад

      The point is only nature can create water and not by human hands,,, they tried to do it but for a few amount of drops of water it required a massive reactor energy to just make the hydrogen and oxygen work together. There's no enough energy to create a massive water for the solutions of El niño ,,,

    • @thebluesrockers
      @thebluesrockers 2 месяца назад +1

      You said "When hydrogen is burned it reacts with oxygen in the air and water is formed."
      Hydrogen has been used in welding since the 1930s in a process called atomic hydrogen welding (AHW). AHW uses hydrogen as a shielding gas in an arc between two tungsten electrodes. The electric arc breaks down the hydrogen molecules, which then recombine and release a large amount of heat, reaching temperatures of 3400-4000°C. This makes AHW one of the hottest flames produced, and the third hottest after dicyanoacetylene and cyanogen.
      ARC Specialties
      The Use of Hydrogen in Shielding Gases for Weld Overlays
      In fact, hydrogen was the first gas used for shielding of an arc welding process. Introduced in the 1930s, the atomic hydrogen welding (AHW) process used hydrogen for a shielding gas. It produced higher welding temperatures than any of the welding processes available at the time. Not only does it have a high temperature arc, but it has a very high thermal conductivity. The heat of the arc ionizes the hydrogen, separating the atoms of the hydrogen molecule. When the ionized gas cools in the weld zone, the atoms recombine, releasing the absorbed energy. Another beneficial characteristic is the reducing potential of hydrogen.
      Generative AI is experimental.
      Never has anyone complained about sweating ceilings or water being present in any welding jobs. Whatever you heard was complete BS.
      Most of things taught as actual science is only theory. More theories are being taught than actual facts.
