As far as the Oxfam scandal goes there wasn't much of a cover-up honestly. It was a well known fact within the UN that soldiers, police and Aid workers were sexually exploiting and coercing Haitian women after the earthquake. I was in university at the time and wrote a paper about the issues of the NATO and UN Forces inability to effectively police other nations troops in relation to their behaviour with local populations. The issue of NGO abuses and exploitation came up in my research as well. I knew about it and I am hardly an insider.

We have sweet pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, maple syrup, normal syrup, lemon + sugar, or blueberries etc. The only difference is the shape and consistency. It’s up to the individual what they want to put on pancakes I guess 😝
