This listing is my favorite. Those your ikoyi listing are just expensive without any unique features other than being in ikoyi. Besides the neighborhood is all olden days houses unlike this estate with contemporary buildings. The fact that this video was shot with natural light is mind blowing as in no single electric light being on.
nice house, but the kitchen is underwhelming and not up to par for a $1 million home in lagos, esp. this size. no butler's pantry, just one cooking/storage space. it should be MUCH better. the elevator is great though.

The house is so big it doesn't make sense! You can have your wife and sidechicks living in at the same time they won't even notice. 🤣🤣The kitchen should have been in that dining area and have more land at the back for landscaping,which would have even made the asking price more reasonable.
