MMPA 2024 | Project of the Year (under £5m) Winner

The 2024 Michelmores Property Awards mark 21 years of celebrating the best property, development and construction projects in the South West.
Dartmouth Health and Wellbeing Centre won the award for Project of the Year (Under £5m). This new state-of-the-art Health and Wellbeing Centre provides a wide range of services under one roof for the residents of Dartmouth, bringing together GPs, community nurses, therapists, Dartmouth Caring and Wellbeing Pharmacy.
The centre makes it easier for people to receive the care they need in their community, while allowing clinicians and specialists to work closer together to provide seamless joined-up care closer to the patients' homes.
