Great full body band workout. I was feeling about 95% back health wise today. We went for a mile outdoor walk with sun out (since cold front expected with snow later today). I stuck with you for majority of workout. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

Hi...Ma'am I really like your videos, please make some videos for partial squats and some other excercises that could be beneficial for those suffering from some knee problem but they want to loose wait and do workout.
Ok great idea :-) I will add this to the list! It can be tricky to do weight loss routines without bending knees but we can focus on holding positions and partial squats etc with upper body dynamic moves. Thank you for the suggestion! Will film it next week :-)

Haha that's so nice of you! I am tired sometimes and do have some weight to lose but I'm focusing on my bub and eating as much as I need right now to stay energized! Not worried about the weight loss. Plus I love filming these videos for you all so it's not work to me 😀👌 I am lucky my bub sleeps for a couple hrs at a time so I can do this 😀👌
Hi Jenny! So RUclips automatically changed some channels settings recently WITHOUT giving us an option. I have never allowed ads during my videos, only at the start. This is super annoying I understand. So myself and other channels now have to go back and manually look at a huge number of videos to fix this. Will take a some time. Apologies as this was completely out of my control.
