There are some other covers of The Chain on RUclips that are terrific, but Cody Frost's is so inventive, soulful and powerful it outshines the sun. The blood red electric backdrop here is stunning and The Voice band is the absolutely, heart-stoppingly first rate. One day far off in the future when Cody Frost is being honored - once again - for her mega-badass career, they will show this video gem and realize her ability was obvious from the start.

Why do i feel like the band enjoy playing with her more. For one the songs she sings are amazing and they arent playing some crappy pop hit( not saying all pop is bad) and when a lot of other people are playing theyre just there. But with other contestants you can actually feel them playing.
