His last recorded song...20+ 100 proof shots and a life of alcoholism and depression led this man to not exist anymore in human form...But he exists everyday in my life..I drink just as much as he did the day he died on a normal basis..I guess God chooses who to pluck away from the pack and leave the wonder of what someone could have been..He was my favorite singer..RIP

From what I have read, this is supposed to be the very last recording Keith made, recorded at home very shortly after wrapping up production on the "I Wonder Do You Think Of Me" album. Keith was at his peak, and this demo proves it ten-fold. What a shame he let alcohol overtake his thinking and eventually his life. We all miss you Keith
I read that it was his last writing but his last recorded song was I Went Crazy For Awhile

This song hits HARD! My husband of 33 years is in the 1st stages of dementia. He was married to his first wife for six years. Now I am the enemy and he calls for her. She's moved on and has actually been married to her second husband...longer than we've been married.

Hi Leisa. I am so sorry to hear of your husband’s dementia. With me having a family member suffering from it for at least 5 years, it is heartbreaking to say the least. I hope for the best for you and your husband and will pray for you both. 🙂
Keto or a carnivore diet will greatly help his dementia, it reduces the inflammation in the body. I hope it helps you out.

I hear this is the last song Keith Whitley wrote. Mark Chesnutt had it in probably 2008. His version is okay, but it's hardly anything compared to Keith's. This one tugs at the heartstrings. Keith sang it in a heart-wrenching but impressive manner. The version by Mark Chesnutt leaves no indelible impression like the one by Keith Whitley does.
Is this keith singing kinda soubds like someone else
