Paypal is a conspiracy. They broke off from ebay but cater to them fraudulently robbing our accounts. Also on other web sites when i buy stuff or donate i am not always allowed to use a debit/credit card. Its tricky. Its conspiracy.

You have to transfer the money in your account or donate it. Basically if you have money on your PayPal they won’t let u closed it.
