The dreamy-eyed version of Chica is from scenes that occasionally play at the end of Ultimate Custom Nights' playthroughs. She's shown to be a high school student that describes her fantasies of her crushes and how brutally she will kill them so that no one else can have them. I'm not sure which is weirder: Chica's crushes, or the scenes that depict Freddy and Foxy as anime samurai rivals.
Just a heads up No the Silver Eyes, Twisted Ones, and Fourth Closet would not be canon. They are a completely different unconnected book series from Fazbear Frights and Scott Cawthon himself the creator said those books were in fact a separate universe. Tales is a sequel series to the Fazbear Frights and connects to the interconnected story of the Stitchwraith's hence the domino effect. Also the fact that Scott said *Some* of Fazbear Frights would be directly connected to the games, and never called then a separate universe. Also Tales was marketed as being in the same universe as the newest games; like Security Breach.

TWB and Return to the Pitt are heavily implied to be a continuous looping cycle that ends when you reach the secret ending that breaks the loop, this(among other things) can explain Andrew's absence(also Andrew was always separate from the original 5 lol); Help Wanted 2 even gives credence to this because Help Wanted 2 is also a loop after you die(Escape from the Pizzaplex even may support this since timeline wise it would either be in a very weird place that doesn't make sense or would directly contradict Security Breach and Ruin; destroying the canonicity of Return to the Pitt and other Interactive novels as well)
