Is it a cliche to say that radiology to me feels like the specialty that has the most exposure to medicine, because its unencumbered by a lot of the other issues most specialties have (dealing with insurance, social work issues, etc.). Also, is that a bad thing to say? That I want to be in a specialty that doesn’t have to deal with insurance companies, rounding and disposition issues because I feel like that perpetuates burnout
